Braidmoore is a sacm. After providing all necessary info to perform the hack so i can monitor my friends phone and payment, he'd sent me a link that doesn't work at all. After complaining that his service didn't match what he'd promised in previous email communication he told me thati need to wait 30 days for the money to get refunded > SCAM SCAM SCAM

It claims you don't need target device which is a lie. You can't monitor the target device without installing the app on target device. The information on their site claims you just need to send sms or call target device to gain access which I have done and neither options worked.
