Easy to use for the available dates and to navigate.

I was unknowingly redirected to this website. I thought I was on the actual website for the hotel. I was offered a rate, and told what my cost would be. It was also offered $25 off, which I accepted and put the code in, but it wasn't credited to me. After completing the transaction, then it was revealed that there was an additional $67 in fees, on top of taxes!! I called the toll free number and tried to cancel the reservation, and was told to look for a cancellation email, which never arrived. I called about eight times, hoping to get a live person to help, but it was automated every time, with the call disconnected by them each time. So there was no recourse - no way to get further help. I sent two emails, also requesting the reservation be cancelled. It was stated that I would hear back within 24 hours, which I have not.

I was able to book a last-minute reservation at a decent rate considering the economic rise with everything else.

They represented themselves as the hotel rather than a broker. Totally deceptive.

Ridiculous time pressure to "book now or lose availability".
Also non-transparent prices, with much lower price in large bold lettering, and actual price in small print underneath.

Website came at the top of search engine and they made it look like it was booking direct with actual hotel. Price seen was at value but then they add on service charge and taxes for what they consider “reasonable”. Non-refundable. And those costs don’t appear until last page. Unfortunately I was too tired to notice and payment went through. I would advise going direct with the actual hotel. And making sure it is the actual website address. Scam through and through.

Needed something close by due to home repairs gone wrong. Thanks!

CAUTION ! Booking site scam: Guest Reservations
I wanted to book a hotel room in Saint Angel, France, via Guest Reservations because they offered a seemingly attractive rate. Yet, after I had filled-in all the information, at the very second I pressed the Enter key I realised that they charged my an additional third of the initial price on top. As it was a hotel reservation for which I chose the option "cancellation until date xyz" I tried to cancel my booking straight away. To no avail. On the phone (US Texan phone number!) a machine kept on telling me they had no such booking number nor name. I then tried to send them a mail with detailed explanation asking them to cancel my booking for free (as I am still within the refund period). Same story, no answer: only that the email address doesn't exist. I also filled-in a contact form when they stipulate they would contact me within 24 hours and I still haven't heard back. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Never book anything with them anymore!!
I have informed my bank and I will now start further steps to get my money back and make their methods public! I have screenshots and copies of all correspondance.
