I don't think this is the site for the Amazon shipping company - Gudz UK, but everyone seems to be using it as that. These people are literally thieves - They took my online payment 6 weeks ago and never even bothered to ship my order, they just didn't bother. Now they won't even give me a refund so I'm referring them to the Amazon Legal Team.

This company doesn’t care I ordered granola via Amazon did not arrive they pleaded with me to take off bad review and promised to replace the order which they did with Vietnamese rice wraps ! Since then nothing ! They do not care for the customers

Placed an order 8th Jan. tried multiple times to contact this company as I received a tracking number not valid with Royal Mail. Eventually I was able to get a replacement order sent out.

It arrived today (yey) oh wait, 4 items missing from the box. I’ve contacted my bank to do a charge back

Seriously avoid this company, definitely not a ‘family run business’ just a bunch of scammers ripping people off

WHERE IS BENEFICE TO YOUR HEATH OF DRINKING TEA THAT IS FULL OD DUST ?., BUT THE SELLER KEPS CALLING AMAZON TO REMOVE MY REVIUE THAT WAS ACCEPTED WITH ALL GUIDE LINES PREVIOUSLY . STAY AWAY FROM THAT SELLER

i live in NZ. bought product from GUDZ uk. (through Amazon UK) they charged 85 pound shipping, I then got an email saying it had been returned to their warehouse and shipping was 535 pounds, please could I pay 225 poundS and they would pay the reat. I asked them to then cancel the order and refund my monies. i GOT AN AUTO REPLY STATING, " WE ARE WORKING 15 HR DAY 6 DAYS WEEK." NEXT SENTENCE SAYS THEY ONLY WORK" 9 TO 1700 MON TO FRI." NEXT SENTENCE STATSES OUR TEAMS ARE WORKING ROUND THE CLOCK.

I reproted them to Amazon with no contact yet, its now been 3 weeks so I have contacted my Bank here to see if they can assist. I personally think this is a scam company.

Ordered Laundry Liquid from Amazon. Said it was delivered. I live in the Highlands of Scotland and the tracking system showed the item was delivered to Kings Lynn in Norfolk!!!!! What a rubbish company.

Joya Rice Milk was ordered from Amazon. It says it was delivered but has not arrived.

I found this website when looking for new judo mats. Initial price on the website was low but unfortunately incorrect, but they made me a very good offer. Prices have been updated and are still very competitve.
I placed the order and within three weeks (mats had yet to be produced) the mats were delivered. The delivery address was at my home, but as the gym is nearby the delivery guy had no problem to deliver the mats there!
All in all very good service for good price.

It took only one phone call with gudz for more specifications about a jiu jitsu suit.
Very friendly and helpfull, and really fast dilivery!
Next time I definitely buy my jiu jitsu gear, here again.

Ook vond ik de website zeer overzichtelijk.
