Easy to order, but shipping takes time.
Very easy to order and I appreciate that they accept paypal for payment. They shipped the order the next day...So I have been waiting for the transit company to deliver. (I would like to have been able to pay for express or overnight shipping). My package has still not been delivered, but I have been notified that it will arrive today between 11 am and 1:30 pm.

Very disappointing
In addition to my previous review on Aug 21st I am very disapponted to say Guaw still has not contacted me - neither through Trustpilot, nor directly.
It would be only fair if you (Guaw) would still reply and offer me the opportunity and shipping costs to send back the items, like you promised here on Trustpilot.

This is what I wrote five days ago:
I received a reply from Guaw on my complaint on Trustpilot, saying that they would contact me personally. This is a quote from their reply:
"Regarding the return, as the product information was not displayed correctly on our website, we will of course cover the shipping costs from your location to Spain so that you are not affected by this error. Our customer service team will contact you directly to arrange the return and refund".
However, I heard nothing from Guaw, not even after sending another mail to them directly.
This is not at all correct.

I took advantage of ordering 2, 12kg bags of dog food and saved. They were excellent value for money and delivery was free. I definitely recommend Petsonic,they have a huge choice of products.

Great company, great product.
We are in France and ordered 2 sacks of the Reindeer dog food, along with a 12 pack of wet food in cans. This is the 3rd time I have used this company because they are really great. Best prices anywhere, even in my local store it is more expensive. It arrived within 3 days of ordering, and I get email updates on the order status. Will continue to use this great company, and to recommend them. The reindeer dog food is also great, our dogs love it. Never tried the wet stuff before but we opened our first one last night and it really is fantastic. Large pieces of meat, not just pate. Will definitely buy the wet food again too! Cannot praise highly enough this company, very very good indeed!

Incompetent "comedians"
Seems like they have a bad sense of humor: my girlfriend ordered food for her dog 3 times and 3 times they delivered cat food instead. Honestly, if the first time it might seem like an unintended error, the other times it's already mocking! Moreover, their staff can't even properly share her address with the delivery firm for a second time - the delivery guys constantly get confused and deliver everything with delays of several days. It's an extremely incompetent business model!

No delivery, no reimbursement and no response
I passed a second order with Guaw 17 days ago and to date, not only I have not received the order, but I get no response to my last messages asking for news. My address is correct and unchanged from last order and I was told, as a response to my first email, that if the delivery service does not find my place I will be charged 10 euros!!!! Since then... Nothing.
Update: today, 23/06, still NOTHING happened and I get no follow up email. I was told that if not delivered last week I would get reimbursed (over 86 euros) but nothing happened.
