Guardio customer service is outstanding. Once they identify you as a possible customer they do all they can to get you to become a customer. That’s awesome. I am currently being supported by them and I am very pleased. Ask for Taylor, customer service department, he is the best. I Totally recommend you use Guardio for your peace of mind when you are on line.

You can shut down. You charged nearly $500.00 from my banking account.

Why I don’t have spam protection and what is going with my iOS protection!

I had an excellent experience with Guardio’s chat support, especially with their agent, Taylor. Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand my issue and walked me through the solution clearly and efficiently.

It’s refreshing to receive customer support from someone who actually listens and knows how to solve the problem. Taylor is a great representative of Guardio, and I really appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommended!

I guess I’m just not used to this kind of help

I unfortunately believe I might have had the misfortune of being approached online by someone pretending to be Gaurdio. I will never be sure, but at the time all appearances led me to believe I was dealing with a company I had never heard of who was trying to scam me. I searched around and found a contact email for Gaurdio. I wrote them and, well, let them have it. Less than a minute passed and a very kind lady from Gaurdio assured me they would not scam me. She gave me some tips on how to deal with my problem and thanked me for the detailed information I provided. We emailed back and forth several times about questions and concerns I had. She graciously answered each one with patience and knowledge. I left only four stars because my interaction was not as a customer of Gaurdio. I am very thankful and impressed by the he extremely quick response to my query, the excellent advice and answers given and the courteous and friendliness of the lady who listened and helped me. Thank you!

Taylor is the rudest customer service person I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t bother using Guardio if I were you. Thing never worked right and they keep going up in price. Believe me, there are better options to use.

Guardio, This team really makes me feel safe, they are constantly emailing me to make sure that if I need anything, reach out and they'll there for me.

I did reach out to Guardio, and they emailed me back within 15 minutes, wow that was fantastic.

Alerts me immediately when I go on a malicious site

I am so happy i signed up with Guardio. They are protecting me very much. No spam or phishing.

Guardio started protection right away, even before I had every option set up. During the set up process Gaurdio provided instructions. All the steps needed to take from “Settings” to completion of setting up Gaurdio led the way. Very helpful, very simple.

It must be great otherwise Guardio would not have this up here.
