I've had nothing but good experience on the three occasions I've dealt with GT Vision. First was a microscope for the office, the second was one for my home lab and the third a camera for same.

Ian helped me keep costs down by supplying an ex-display microscope for home, which was/is every bit as good as a brand new unit. Then Phil and Neil (MD) got me sorted with a suitable camera in 2024.

There was some confusion over what C-mount adaptor was needed versus what was originally supplied, but Neil took care of me and resolved the C-mount issue by providing the right part gratis to make up for that confusion.

Maybe you can find a remarkably similar microscope elsewhere, but you won't get the excellent pre- and post-sales customer support that I got, other than from GTVision whom I highly recommend.

This company is a scam , purchased a mag lamp and lied about number of delivery attempts. Unable to contact delivery agency due to low budget choice and when I emailed GT vision to let them know they falsely accused me of not being there for three deliveries instead of two. And instead of apologising cancelled my order and said they would refund . It is now a week later and they are ignoring emails asking about refund and no money has been refunded yet . Now I’m having to put a claim in with my bank. Do not deal with these scumbags
