We ordered two pairs of jeans in different colors — one blue, one gray.
What we received was completely different — the stitching is terrible, the fabric is very thin and of poor quality, and there is a strong bad smell.
We tried contacting the seller multiple times via the return email listed for 30-day returns, but no one responded. They completely ignored us.
I had to open a claim through my bank to resolve this issue.
Do not buy from this seller — the quality and customer service are unacceptable

Very bad experience with this.
Very poor quality of clothes,ask for a refund, sent the clothes back for a refund, still no answer since February.

Scam alert. Low quality, bad custommer service. Dont expert to receive what your saw on their adds. Just don’t order from them. Terrible expérience

If I could given them a zero, I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. The quality is tremendously low. They show something totally different on their website. I bought a pair of jeans for my husband and when we both saw them. We almost cried! The jeans were awful!

Don‘t buy here anything. Just poor quality and no costumer service. You can’t sent your items back!

They are advertising totally different pants than delivering! Customer service is horrible. Almost impossible to return items and get your money back. They are making you wait and then your 30 days trial will end!

Lowest quality item ever see. Receive the wrong item, the wrong size. Poor custumer service, they dont want to refund Even if its there mistake. Dont not buy from this company.

I have orderd two jeans and a pullover on 01/01/2025, I received a confirmation for my order by mail, until 20/01 i have been trying to reach them by mail as the order was never delivered, no tracking number provided, no estimated arrival time neither.
I'm only able to see that my order is "awaiting for shipment on the website"

Not 100% sure that it is scam, but they are not replying on my mails so i assume that i just got robbed.

I do not suggest it to buy anything from that store.
