Scam! Placed order on Jan 16. Until Feb 10, not even a word on order status. Wrote to them 3 times, called and left message on customer service number. No response. Just fraud. Took the money and disappeared. Buyer beware!

I have been vegan for over 7 years. I stumbled across this website and thought it was a cool concept with many products I’d never tried before. I spent over $100 and ordered many cold items like ice cream and cheeses. I was home when the package arrived annd pulled it in immediately (despite the blizzard and freezing temps outside). When I pulled it in, all of my ice creams were completely liquid and the box was warm. Many of the products were also out of date. I understand things happen but when I went to ask for a refund for the cost of the ‘cold shipper’ and all the ruined items, they have given me such a hard time. We’ve been going back and forth for days now when it should be a simple return for not getting what I ordered. Even more insane, they said that the refrigerated products should be ‘safe’ to eat if they were ‘somewhat cold’. That’s not at all how food safety works and being given the runaround rather than just issued a refund means I’m never going to reorder from this site again.

Received a gift card for this business. Placed an order it was shipped with UPS whom we have always had problems with only getting packages about 50% of the time. We did not get the package. I have a security system and can prove that they did not deliver the package to us. company did reach out to UPS UPS said they delivered it and there was nothing more that we could do. Company offered us replacement card. We took them up on it ordered. They then reduced it to $54 and we did not get that package either. They refused to file the claim with UPS and are simply taking UPS his word for it.

Additionally, their website is slow and hard to navigate, their prices are exorbitant, and they keep almost no stock on hand and it’s rare that you can order two of anything.

The one who I feel worse for is the gift giver who gave us the card originally. As they are out $100 cannot recommend this business.

The management and staff at GTFO it's vegan are absolutely terrible. Prices are high and they don't pay their contractors. Avoid from a personal and professional perspective.

GTFO is AWESOME!!! I just received my order, and I am stunned! I live in the midwest, where we have had a string of 100+ degree todays (including today), so I was a bit worried about placing my order during this heat wave. However, all the frozen items in the package were still frozen!!! Incredible! I am just so impressed. And the selection is GREAT! I will continue recommending GTFO to all my friends!

I've been plant based for over 2 yrs and thought I finally found an online grocery store until my 4th order. It arrived late and more importantly, ruined. The dry ice was gone and everything was melted and warm vs frozen and cold. I immediately reached out only to receive the blame. Not an apology or any sign of compassion. Just a this is your fault for selecting 3 day shipping. Only I didn't select 3 day shipping. I spent $120 for groceries and $50 for shipping. The shipping was what the site proposed. I assumed they would propose the proper shipping and since $50 never looked twice. So I'm out $170. More importantly I'm out the groceries I wanted. Had to throw the whole thing away. What did GTFOItsVegan do? Nothing. 3 emails in before they apologized....and I prompted that. What's crazier still is they didn't offer to reship at even a small discount.

I rarely write reviews. Only when I receive exceptionally good or bad service. In this case it's really bad and I will GTFO of GTFOITSVEGAN. I hope I saved someone else from supporting this bad business.

I feel the need to write a review for this business, as I have had a really nice experience with it. There was a minor issue with my second order and they got back to me in a timely matter and made things right. It is a newer company so I'm sure they will figure out the small mistakes but overall I have had a nice experience with them and they have the best selection of brands I have seen out there.
