Anyone have trouble with Customer Service or Tech coming back to you, keep emailing both and no response, have a problem with my machine thats not a year old til August 2026

I have had the upright and handheld since 2017 and what great products they have been. They're getting on, however, and during the last two years I've purchased various parts. The handheld in particular has been problematic despite a new battery and bin. The filter is jammed shut and can't be removed. I'm told it's probably a tight seal ( I've had various strong men at it) or it may have got damaged in transit, despite no obvious sign of damage. We've not used it much but had numerous phone calls about it. Of course parts are out of Warranty and I wished they had mentioned that earlier but they are not interested in sending it to their Quality Assurance people. I thought about replacing it but I've decided to look elsewhere. Pity really.

We purchased the Gtech cordless CLM50 two years ago from QVC. Since purchasing the lawnmower, the whole faulty lawnmower has been changed and I have lost count how many battaries have been sent out by Gtech.
In a nutshell, the lawnmower is not fit for purpose. You are lucky if the fully charged battery will last 15 minutes. Constantly cuts out when cutting the grass. I am fed up with only cutting 2/3 of my very small lawn, with grass that is only ever 3- 4 inches high, before I have to recharge the battery. Do not waste your money, you will seriously regret buying. We have now thrown ours away. On a positive, customer services can not be faulted.

Bought a cordless mower on the 16th march , had it less than a month, cut grass fantastic, went to cut again battery flat wont charge, just a red light on charger, battery faulty or charger or both
Like I say not a month old , tried emailing gtech 7times now I think no response whatsoever disgusting, got a new mower and can’t cut the lawn
I have a gtech cleaner and a hand held cleaner which are fine but the mower a disaster

The GTech looks stylish, is light weight & easy to use.
It leaves my carpets much cleaner than previous vacuum cleaners I've used & the lights on the front are really useful. However, I have only given it 2 stars, as the process of emptying the vacuum really lets it down.
I recently purchased a new wool carpet & am struggling with this vacuum cleaner as it works well when going forwards, but drops all the fluff it has picked up back on the carpet, on the reverse movement, so I have to ensure I keep pushing it forward only, which can be difficult.
I find the dust box is far too small, as I have to empty it numerous times when cleaning my new lounge carpet. Also, it is very messy to empty, as fluff falls everywhere when pushing the lever across & trying to empty it into the bin. I mentioned the problems I was having with my GTech to a friend, who told me she bought a new wool carpet over 2 years ago & is still experiencing the same problem with her GTech dropping fluff everywhere.

I purchased a GTech city bike from someone that had had it for a couple of years but used it 6 times. The bike came with all the paperwork and accessories and was literally new! The elderly lady that sold me it said it came with 2 batteries but that one of them never charged properly. I could never get a readable digital read out on the battery so never knew if it was charged or not. The second battery was fine for a few months but started to show a lit screen but no charge info on it when power button was pressed. Sometimes the power button doesn't work and takes a good few minutes of battery wiggling and pressing the power button multiple times to get it to work. Which is more annoying when you realise that without power you cannot pedal the bike! When it eventually starts you have max/eco modes but both are not fast at all and once you reach max speed the motor cuts out causing you to slow down. I use this bike for going to work (1 mile away) 4 days a week and maybe once to the shops (1 mile away) i wouldn't trust the battery to last this 10 miles (mainly because you cant use the bike at all without battery power so charge it after 3 journeys (6 miles) in general I hate this bike and it frustrates me. I have another electric bike that is a hybrid road/mountain bike that I use for leisure journeys and its a dream so I fully understand how an electric bike should work.

Excellent instruction leaflet in clear English. Immediate telephone response from a person!! in customer care, helpful and knowledgeable. Part replacement came next day.

Ordered the clm 50 lawnmower on 6/03/2026. Yes it was a bank holiday so, thought as they offer next day delivery. The mower would be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. NO. Today is Thursday and after looking on the website still says processing so spoke to the company and they say " wait till.monday to see if delivered" thought a I'd get this product from a reputable company. I will be asking for a refund and going with another brand.

We have had problems with our vacuum cleaner ever since purchasing. Firstly we have had 2 new replacement heads as the hose splits. it is forever getting blocked and now the booster suction has gone making it impossible to pick much up. and of course the 2 year warranty has run out. will not be replacing with another one which is a shame as it looks and feels great. just a shame the performance and longevity is not good

We have several Gtech Products at home and find them excellent quality; they all function as intended and are reliable. I've even started buying these products for my elderly grandmother.

I very recently had to make a warranty enquiry due to a small part breaking on my lawnmower (which is excellent by the way) Gtech were superb, sending me out the replacement part next day without any quibbles whatsoever. A brand that looks after its customers is a brand I will keep purchasing from and recommend to other family and friends. Well done Gtech - it's a shame not every company cares for its customers like you do!

I needed a replacement mower to replace an old petrol machine.
Your excellent offer beat all the other machines with similar specifications.
Now I am using it I am more than happy with its performance.

Going off Gtech every time I go to clean it hand full of hairs dust etc collect at the front thought I would have a look what causes it old model never did it anyway found out the flap at the front that used to break off has a hard brush type thing and collects everything what a stupid idea I have the airam K9 and the platinum both same wish i had kept the older models 10 times better wish they would stop trying to improve them making them worse terrible to clean going off them what it is is when I pull out the cylinder there's always fluff gathering above the brush that I would have thought it to be in the cylinder
