Not good at all as had 3 problems with…

Not good at all as had 3 problems with Hoover in a year
or just over! I had 3 replacements, then something else went wrong which was the bin. I am going through Resolver now, and they will not give me a refund! in the end offered me a new hoover, which I replied prefer refund as need a hoover now! and really did not want another GTECH!! I did reply to say yes just give me another hoover as can't afford a new one, but still no reply. I would also like to say the lady from customer service was very RUDE!!!

Sorry to hear about your experience. However, this review seems to be meant for a different company. We are Gtech, an electrical installation company based in Belgium, and we don't sell vacuum cleaners or other household appliances.

You are probably looking for Gtech UK (gtech.co.uk), the vacuum cleaner brand. Could you post your review on their Trustpilot page instead?
