Bad customer Service even if you spend thousands they do not care. they will not give you a solution for your tickets and just give you a dumb answer! I am done with this company or if it is even a company! their customer support have the same names so must be a small store house! If they ban me from this review (which i can see they would) I will talk to my bank and lawyers about them. Everyone I know they have really fun games and you get huge bang for your buck! but the way they treat you if you need help is beyond not enough to even get 10000000000% more for your buck. Do not be like me spend 2.4k into one of their games and not get the help i deserve!!!!!!!!!! Play F2p they do offer good f2p methods! Also when you try to report an agent on their ticket it says Invalid Parameter! and that is messed up! won't even let you report this behavior!!!!!!!! I've had this same person treat me like this with 3 DIFFERENT TICKETS! I will share here what i was gonna say there! IF THEY EVEN LET ME SEND IT! If not i will post it in reviews on another site.

Overall this company is not worth dealing with.

I have two charges on my card from this website not sure why but it says it's coming from London and I'm not a gamer and I don't order games and I don't have kids that do either. I just want my money back ASAP.

This game is disgrace and shouldn't even be called Game of thrones

Hands down worst gaming outfit on the web they have zero ethics or care for thier customers and it has been found out their moderators are hacking accounts of players they cant beat then support just says dont give out password it wont take long to rebuild. Support is nonexistant and i believe they are just bots nothing gets to devs and they dont care because people still recharge and this is all thier games. Now they have just locked thousands of accounts demanding recharge payments to unlock them so basically kidnapped accounts requesting ransom to get them back. Way to go great business move you lying thieves.

Stay away from gtarcade games, they trully stole your money by doing illegal stuff. They make mistake, take your money and say sorry, you didn't have to take it .

I am extremely disappointed, in both one of my family member and this company. A few weeks ago one of my family member took advantage of me and stole from me, he's spent almost 800$ CAD on GTarcade. Using both my paypal and my credit card. This is unforgiveable and unacceptable, once I found the 20 something emails about purchases, I contacted immediately Xsolla Inc. Which I suppose was the middleman for the purchases. I could not get a refund for any, and I mean, ANY of the purchases. The answer I got from Xsolla was, and I quote: ''Unfortunately, the refund for the payments made for (Link to GTarcade) is not possible due to the fact that the purchases made without your permission were already used on the game account.'' This is truly UNACCEPTABLE. What kind of bull excuse is that.. Everyone reading this, Do not play any of GTArcade games and DO NOT give them your money! Also, I've sent GTarcade an email and all they've answered me with, was an answer that didn't even concern my issue and I haven't heard from them in weeks! Bad customer services from a shady company, not surprised.

Games are trash and low quality, pay to win garbage. Cant even uninstall the damn thing. 1/10 dont install

i personally love the game and the potential in it but sadly the user here are right, the customer support is a pure nightmare. bugs everywhere and developer that dont seem to care. new items permamently as to repair bugs.... pity but i agree if you like to spend money do it elsewhere....

Heres the deal, your playing with Chinese Bots planted in guilds to encourage you to spend. They lie about geographical location. If you think your playing with like minded gamers your wrong. You are being fooled and robbed Plain and simple.

A company with little to no respect for its community and players. A cash-grabbing machine issuing ever more new products to buy (presenting them as "presents" or "gift offers"...) but doing very little to offer a correct gaming experience and updates that are not riddled with bugs. Localisations are clearly rushed and done by people who have no context nor coherence, thus creating lots of problems with approximative translations, and permanent inconsistencies... And to conclude on this already quite unappealing depiction, the customer service is absolutely awful, provides barely any help at all, hides behind fake excuses not to fix problems, when it doesnt simply IGNORE the CS tickets sent by players...

Can you please add coda shop in your recharge option because some players have inconvenience and can't recharge like me I can't recharge I don't have any option to top up, coda shop is the most trusted for top ups.

I really advise against using this gaming platform for two reasons, the first is that the games have a lot of bugs and lags. The second reason is that customer service is very dishonest. Unfortunately I wanted to buy a paid game pack with 50% discount, but the discount didn't work. Subsequently, customer service refused to reimburse me despite the evidence provided.

Horrible company - scamming players left and right. Super bad customer service. Overload of features just to make people pay more $$

so I am a F2P in GoT, been playing for over a year made play progress for a F2P and i have even beaten some players that pay to have strong commanders and what not. but as most of the people say there are those that just have too much power and you will never really catch up. the game gets dual really quick if you f2p since your progress is super slow and it takes forever to get some of the higher level research done. overall it just takes up way too much time and after you do the daily tasks there isn't much to do. graphics are bad, glitches, and they really value the pay to play players clearly. someone i was playing with was hacked by one of the larger players in the game and they posted some of their personal info and made a threat to them when this was reported they didn't do anything at all, since the other player was a big spender. that person should have been banned at the very least. overall game is pretty bad, i wasted too much time with it as is sadly.
