So my update on the ped situation for me

They responded and said cuz of lunar new year things got delayed they said so i told them i rather still have the ped than a refund then i get no response then i said fk it and gave them my paypal for a refund however they still arnt responding to me and just straight up ignoring these guys need to do their jobs as mod sellers more seriously snd actually respond to their customers if i ever get my refund or my ped this will be the last time i order from this website these guys ghosted me way to much

Update: never got my refund still no response these people are scammers do not buy from this site ever

would rate higher if i didnt have to spam my messages and wait long time just for one ped if customer service improves i will give 5 star

I bought a 300$ lifetime membership (ALL DOWNLOADS INCLUDED WERE WITH MISSING LINKS!) Support and live chat BLOCKS YOU FROM TEXTING THEM, i asked the refund on paypal but then i CANCELED IT... NOW I have no MEMBERSHIP and they kept my 300$ because they REMOVED the status of Lifetime Membership BEFORE the paypal refund was done.

In 2022 September 1st,I paid $17 for a ped,they said it will be completed in 4-5 days,I trust them and sent the payment.In September 14th,they said it will take extra 2 days to complete,I said OK and trust them again.But now,they didn't send me the ped,and in the past one month,I sent email or livechat almost every day,they never reply to me,I feel that I have been cheated!
