Excellent Craftsmanship

Extremely happy with these items, the attention to detail and craftsmanship is excellent.

My only suggestion is that you please pay more attention to the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Customer Service is bad post sale

The jewelry is ok but the customer service after sale is poor. I ordered a couple bracelets as Christmas gifts. One of the boxes arrived smashed and dirty. I reached out to the company immediately with photos and the reply was basically, stuff happens, the jewelry is fine so take a coupon to buy something else from us. They cared less that I have to give someone a gift that looks used.
