GStore has very well organised and information rich website for specifying all the parts required to make on-line order for powered flue Rinnai gas heater system.
Over the phone pre-order information and follow up notifications of order processing was first class and delivery was prompt.
Bonus points: System price was lowest.

The last unit was sold a couple of days prior and we had an order in the system for more stock, but it wasn't until your order came in, when we chased up the new stock that we were informed by the supplier that it was a discontinued item. I spoke to you on the phone apologising and informing you of the issue and organised the total refund so again we apologise for this issue.
