Months of waiting, conflicting information, and still no resolution
I have been a loyal GST3D customer for years, having purchased many rolls of filament without issues. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
My order from September 30th, 2024, included defective filament, and I was promised a replacement. Between October and December, I had multiple WhatsApp and phone conversations with their representative, A., who repeatedly assured me that the replacement had been shipped. Nothing ever arrived.
In April 2025, I received two completely different explanations from two different GST3D teams:
– One claimed the shipment was damaged by GLS.
– The other claimed it had actually shipped in December via FedEx.
Despite multiple requests, I was never given any tracking number from either courier.
I provided all the information they requested, followed up several times, and as of today (November 2025) I still have no package, no tracking number, and no solution.
I have been patient for more than a year, but after repeated contradictions, unfulfilled promises, and now complete silence, I can no longer recommend GST3D.
Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from GST3D again, and they have now lost me as a customer.
I sincerely hope they improve their customer service, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating.

I placed an order with GST3D on October 10, and it has now been over a week without any shipment or real update.
I’ve sent several emails and even a WhatsApp message, but received no reply at all.
The only message I got was an automated email saying my order was being prepared and that I would receive tracking information within 24 hours — that was days ago, and nothing ever followed.
This is very disappointing, especially since I’ve ordered from GST3D before and was always satisfied.
Now it feels like they’ve stopped communicating completely.

Fast delivery and decent quality of the 30 spools i have order only one had a blob defect, that created a clog on my printer lucky it was big enough not to go trough the extruder so it was easily fixed besides that never had any other issues.

The worst customer service but good filament
Hello,
We have been in dispute with GST3D for over a year due to missing spools, incorrect colors received, or issues with the spool. It is impossible to obtain any compensation, even on orders that I place again.
The worst customer service I have ever seen.
Apart from this customer service, which no longer responds when you prove them wrong, the filament is very good. I have never seen such good filament in terms of quality for the price of €7.99 per kg.
But still, the lack of customer service is very, very problematic.
I will change this review if I finally receive the compensation I am owed.
