I received my order very well packaged and delivered on schedule. I'm impressed with the finish and quality. The LM12LUU's run superbly on the shaft. Excellent service from Alex and the team. I had two pairs of "Container Red Slide Fully Locking. Heavy Duty/ Hi-Load" 812mm slides fitted to two boxes in the rear of my van. Unfortunately the fabricators had some problems (with their own skills/probably rushing/not thinking) and damaged two of the slides (with an angle grinder - god knows why!), and Alex went over and above to help, even though it was none of his fault.

The slides lock in solidly in the back of the van and are completely rattle free. Plus they can be very heavily loaded and still run lovely and smooth. They're clearly labelled, one is right and one is left (even the fabricators got this wrong!) and work pretty brilliantly!

Pricey, but they are awesome in van/camper conversions when making the most of small spaces. Plus you never need to worry about overloading the drawers (unless you're loading it with lead and rubble or dark matter!). Just watch out for tricky fabricators going rogue with angle grinder and look after the beautiful sliders!

Not cheap but totally worth it when you see/feel the quality !!

Product was out of stock so they proactively refunded immediately. They were helpful (and very responsive!) but had nothing else that would do the job. I bought copy product from Amazon so if it doesn't work I can return it.

Product and ease of order is awesome. The boxes arrived super damaged (even ripped open) but the stuff on the inside was all there and in good condition. Solid build. took a long time to process a refund for an error, but was eventually sorted out or it would have been 5 stars.

The quality is good but the pricing is high.
