From start to finish i cannot speak highly enough of Alex and the team!! i had a small part of a kitchen larder slide out break, and after getting GSF's details as the UK distributor from the manufacturer, i have been sent, instructional videos, had many helpful emails back and forth, corresponding regularly with Alex whilst he found the most suitable and cost effective way of repairing my unit. I am aware that from the website they are a big company so dealing with a single unit, i thought this might be a little beneath them, this thought could not be further from the truth, i was treated with the same professionalism and courtesy as i would have had, had i been a large company that clearly deal with them. Everything from start to finish means that i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many thanks for a very easy experience. Superb!!

Over all expectations of the product was above standard. Very well built, and the quality. Even how it’s packaged and shipped. Communication was easy and got the product faster then expected. Definitely will be buying more.

Prompt delivery of outstanding products. The only whinge would be to comment that there was no indication of when to expect the goods.

All my questions and concerns were addressed by Michael Geiger, Caroline Greensall and Jon Lye to my complete satisfaction. They were always prompt in their responses After communication with them, I had a much better understanding of the DTS-50 system and the Front Locking Handles. My order was received in a very timely manner. I am most impressed with the quality I see. After I have finished fabrication of the remaining parts of our system and complete the installation on our designated (test case) work truck, I will provide further feedback as to the effectiveness of the overall system in general and the DTS-50 slides in particular.

We're extremely impressed with both the products and customer service provided by this company. The employees take time to understand your requirements before advising you and offering products tailored to your specific needs. The drawer runners I bought are extremely high quality, well made and work perfectly for the intended use. Although not their fault, the courier didn't attempt the initial delivery. However, the staff members here assured me that my order would be shipped again via an express delivery and it arrived shortly after. All-in-all, a great, stress and hassle free experience and we look forward to ordering more again in the future... 5 stars.

Excellent customer support from both Caroline and Alex, who were happy to arrange a telephone consultation whilst we were on site in order to answer some urgent technical questions we had. Following up with emails to make sure that we were 100% happy with the sliders we had ordered. Just superb! Thank you both.

Service was excellent, shipping time excellent. Only minor grumble is price of runners, but guess you get what you pay for. Not installed yet so time will tell.
