Car Dealer Cannot Pay its Debt to a Customer
I purchased and paid in full £13,000 to Champika ( their Director)’, however Covid them hit the Country , I got terribly ill and the vehicle was never delivered to me .
I have at last finally managed to regain my health and approached GSAT UK Ltd , I initially wrote ( WhatsApp and SMS) to their Director and owner Champika Silva WHO finally admitted that the Company did Owe me the £13,000 I paid them .
At my own expensecI travelled and visited their High Wycombe Offices and base to ID myself . Shortly after this visit I suggested a payment schedule which was agreed by the GSAT UK Ltd Director Champika Silva . Tge first debt re-payment of £5,000 was agreed to be paid by 07/12/2025 , however it wasn’t paid in full only £1,000 was paid into my Bank account .
This neans that the payment schedule lasting until late March) to satisfy the debt can now be junked and set aside as the very first payment installment was not met .
This means that the debt ( now standing at £13,000) is now fully repaysble in full on demand as the schedule agreed was not met , therefore and contractual arrangement we did have is now null and void ( voided by the debtor) .
I am now going to have to use a Court Order against GSAT UK Ltd , known as a ”Winding Up Order” in order to get the debt and all associated costs paid back by GSAT UK Ltd .
This is annonser issued by the judge for GSAT UK Ltd to re-pay the debt in full , in order to prove that the Companies is still solvent .
As GSAT UK Ltd is obviously struggling to return any minors that they owe anyone at present , I would advise in ensuring that any depadirsctgstvare paid to them by anyone are entirely secure deposits , just in case the goods don’t ever arrive and you require your money back
