When we are in Tenerife we always call to your shop and purchase something. We find Roberto fantastic. He is so attentive to his customers and nothing is a problem. He certainly is a super salesman without being pushy. It is so nice to meet a sales person that cares so much for his customers. 5 Stars to Roberto at all times

Payed minimum 30% too much!
I bought a nice engagement ring for my girlfriend, the friendly salesperson convinced me of the good deal. Unfortunately after consulting a specialist back home to adjust the size I found out I paid minimum 30% too much.
Due to Covid19 and bad sales they come with 43% discount, and then learn I still paid 30% too much!
I wonder how much you pay when business is going good.
Don't go there! They are not honest on the price setting!

We visited your shop last week with the intention of buying earrings. Although you didn't have what I was lookng for in the shop Karan went to the trouble of contacting your other shops. Unfortunately they did not have what I particularly wanted. However we then started talking about diamods and Karan went to a lot of trouble showing me and explaining the 4 'C's. After two more visits I purchased two rings. Karan is a very pleasant and caring person to deal with.

Following my earlier review
Following my earlier review, a Pagoda representive contacted me and apologised for what had occurred, and for me having charges applied by my credit card provider. Pagoda were following procedures as advised by their Bank and, as a courtesy and valued customer, Pagoda have offered me a credit of the amount incurred, which can be used towards my next purchase whatever the amount. Pagoda have been both courteous and professional throughout and I am pleased the issue has been resolved amicably.
