Cannot praise Piers and his team enough for the work they have done with our Serviced Accommodation business. The flow of bookings have increased, the number of direct bookings has significantly improved and the length of those bookings are so much greater than bookings we were taking previously. As a result revenues are up, and operating costs are down. The work Piers and his team have done have allowed us to claw back so much time which in turn has allowed us to grow the business but most importantly, grow it in a sustainable manner.
