Growth University is a monthly coaching service. We make it nearly impossible to fail at getting more customers. Specifically, we will help you grow from $0 to $1,000,000 per year so that you can focus on truly helping people without being stressed and overworked. We do that by installing our proprietary A-T-M marketing system into your business. It allows you to attract 1000s of qualified leads each month, quickly build trust with them so they want to buy from you and then set up 3 simple sales funnels that monetize those leads. This is what you get with Growth University: Pillar #1. Revenue Roadmap: This includes your marketing and sales funnel audit, us writing your company vision, offer, avatar profile as well as creating your full marketing plan. Meaning, we learn everything about you then craft a custom tailored step-by-step plan to reach your goals. Pillar #2. Expert Training: This includes your access to my private marketing and sales playbooks, swipe files and resources Meaning, you’ll quickly learn how to do everything you need to do and have the tools and templates needed to make it simple. Pillar #3. Unlimited On-Demand Coaching: This includes your direct access to our team of coaches via regular 1:1 zoom calls and email. And they’ll be keeping tabs on you to make sure you are making the progress you need to make in order to reach your goals. Meaning, you’ll get weekly plans of action sent to you, a second set of eyes on all of your marketing and proactive accountability so you stay on track. Pillar #4. Inc 5,000 Mastermind: This includes being matched with a small group of peers running similar type businesses at a similar revenue stage. And we provide weekly training by our CEO, our marketing team and outside experts. Meaning, you will not be growing your business in an isolation chamber. You’ll be surrounded by a peer group that supports, encourages and helps you.

Growth Tools helped me land more clients
Growth Tools helped me land two $2,500 clients after I changed nothing but my funnel and resource—using the same stage opportunity I’d tried a year earlier with zero results. They gave me the structure to confidently sell a high-ticket offer, book calls straight from the room of 300 men I spoke to for two minutes, and finally step into one-on-one coaching in a way that actually works for my schedule and clients. If you want clarity, momentum, and a system that turns opportunities into clients, this is the coaching program I’d recommend.
A coaching program that works!
I’ve worked with other coaches before, but Growth Tools is the first program where I immediately felt supported and actually saw results. I landed a high-ticket $5,000 client with confidence using the offer I built here, and another client came through a partner I met using their BOPA system—proof that the process works if you stick with it. What’s different is the real-time access to coaches who help you solve roadblocks as they show up, and the structure that finally gave my business roots instead of scattered ideas. If you’ve been spinning your wheels or wondering whether it’s time to invest in yourself—don’t wait!
Best decision I made all year
Joining Growth Tools finally gave me the structure and support I needed to turn my publishing expertise into a real business. I even landed a $10K client during a practice role-play inside the program—proof that the systems and coaching actually work in real life, not just theory. The community, partnerships, and coaching have helped me clarify my offer, streamline delivery, and feel confident about my goals for 2026. If you want accountability, real wins, and people in your corner, I can’t recommend them enough.
Good Concept, Weak Delivery - My Full Experience with Growth Tools
I completed the Growth Tools BOPA program in full. My experience is mixed and ultimately lands in the middle.
What worked well:
The BOPA system itself works. I made my money back with a single sale and continue to use it successfully. I was specifically looking for a marketing system that did not rely on social media, and BOPA delivered that. In hindsight, it closely resembles traditional relationship-based marketing methods that existed long before social media, which I already had experience with after 25 years in my industry.
The four months of live classes, homework, and structure provided strong accountability. While marketing was the focus, the program also motivated me to improve broader business operations. I gained confidence in pricing my services appropriately, clarified my target audience, and strengthened my systems and strategy. Everyone I interacted with, from sales to instructors to the community, was kind, supportive, and willing to help. I do not regret taking the course.
Where the program fell short:
Despite the value of the concept, the execution did not match the price. The program includes four months of group coaching, after which additional support requires further payment. This was not clearly communicated during my sales call, stating it was a 12-month program, and the cost felt too high for what was actually delivered.
I was assigned a personal coach, but the support felt generic and poorly personalized. Responses and some materials provided did not reflect my business or prior conversations. I ultimately did much of the work myself, as while my coach was kind, he didn't understand me or my business.
Course materials contained frequent spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors, including in exams, which was disappointing given the “university” branding and price point. Exams were required but provided no personalized feedback, making them largely ineffective. Concerns raised through feedback channels were not addressed. Emails sent directly to the owner about these issues went unanswered.
Live classes were the biggest issue:
Although promoted as “where the gold is,” many classes were inefficient and poorly structured. Significant time was lost to repeated rule explanations, unclear delivery, filler language, and uneven time management. Classes were sometimes cut short, dominated by individual questions, or lacked time for discussion. This reduced value, especially for more experienced participants.
I personally did not struggle with the concepts or material due to my background in marketing and technology, but many students lacked foundational skills, which slowed classes. A tiered or prerequisite-based structure would significantly improve the experience.
Final month, platform, and offboarding:
The final month was largely review and could have been condensed. Promised follow-ups did not occur, and communication stopped abruptly once the program ended. The platform itself was glitchy, disorganized, and contained broken links throughout the program. Given the price, this was unacceptable.
Overall:
BOPA works and I continue to use traditional forms of marketing that I used prior to social media, booked out ever since and so I deleted all my business social media accounts with no regrets. The real value in this program comes from structure, accountability, and confidence-building. However, while the people are kind and supportive, the program suffers from poor execution, inconsistent instruction quality, weak personalization, technical issues, and inefficient use of time. These factors make it significantly overpriced.
Do I recommend it? Yes and no. The concept is solid, but the program requires substantial improvements. People entering with a lack of background in marketing and tech may find this program overwhelming and challenging.
I Love A Good Plan
Growth Tools gave me the clarity and framework I was missing to package a true high-ticket offer and pitch it with confidence. I help high-earning single women of faith navigate real financial crises, and after joining, I sold two $9,997, 12-month engagements by simply making the offer instead of second-guessing it. I’m no longer trading time for money. I am guiding clients to think critically about their money and walk through the next 9–12 months with a plan. The support, language, and mindset shifts I got with Growth Tools were exactly what I needed to grow in a way that actually works.
A trust-transferring marketing program
Growth Tools helped me turn our founder-dependent consulting practice into a productized, scalable program. After implementing BOPA, I signed two new clients and tripled our qualified pipeline (about $480k in potential revenue) by building intentional partner relationships instead of waiting on random referrals. I now have a simple system to keep the flywheel turning with consistent outreach, follow-ups, and value swaps. If you want clarity, structure, and a repeatable way to grow, this is it.
Growth Tools helped me distill 25 years…
Growth Tools helped me distill 25 years of healing work into a clear, authentic high-ticket offer—and everything started clicking. After Foundations in April, I launched my 6-month ‘Path to Wholeness’ program at $5,000 and immediately signed two new clients, with referrals and interest picking up again. Instead of playing the algorithm game on social media, I now have a simple, values-aligned way to attract and connect with the right partners and clients. The structure, language, and support gave me the confidence to own what I do—and to invite the right people into deep, transformational work.
Growth Tools completely changed my business income
Growth Tools completely changed my business! I have the expertise for coaching, but the mechanics were a sticking point for me, especially my fee structure.
I went from charging my clients hourly and making around $13–14k to consistently bringing in $6,000 a month. It’s such a weight off my shoulders not having to track hours anymore, knowing my income would drop if they were busy and cancelled. I finally feel confident charging what my expertise is worth. Best of all, my nonprofit clients are raising more money than ever! Growth Tools gave me the clarity and support I needed to grow in a way that actually works.
I gained so many tools and skills from this program. If you are serious about taking your business to the next level, jump in.
Not worth the money
Not worth the money
I joined after I heard love his BOPA (Borrow Other People’s Audience) strategy.
I paid just under 10k for their program and immediately knew I made a mistake after the first call. Everyone is very nice, but this needs the recipient to know more on computers than what I consider normal, add to the fact you must have some copywriting skills and don’t add very much value. Most of it was in a cohort of people. The whole experience was cringy and goofy.
The substance of their approach to marketing is strong, but purchasing the Growth Tools package was one of the biggest mistake I ever did. Proceed with caution. NOT WORTH THE PRICE
They totally refuse to refund me (whole or part) which leads me to believe that they don’t have confidence in their program.
Not worth the money
I joined after I heard Bryan Harris on a podcast and love his BOPA (Borrow Other People’s Audience) strategy.
I paid just under 10k for their program and immediately knew I made a mistake after the first call. Everyone is very nice, but the “coaches” are simply not all that competent and don’t add very much value. Most of it was in a cohort of people. The whole experience was cringy and goofy.
The substance of their approach to marketing is strong, but purchasing the Growth Tools package was one of the biggest rip offs ever. Proceed with caution.

BOPA - Borrow Other Peoples Audience
Signed up because of their BOPA (Borrow other peoples audience) method. Going through training now. The signup and onboarding process is excellent. pollinating audiences seem to be one of the best methods to build more clients.

This is an updated review for this company. After posting my last review of Growth Tools, the chief of staff Bethany reached out to me to discuss what my issues were and I am happy to report that we have reached an agreement around what went off the rails and what could be done to rectify the situation. I appreciate Bethany/Growth Tools for listening and offering to find a creative solution for my situation. They really did make good on what was a messy encounter with them and I can honestly say that they did honour their commitment to making this client happy.
Don't Sign Up With This Company!!
They will make promises to get you to sign the contract. Once you sign the contract you are bound by it and they do not keep promises made to get you to sign the contract. I am giving them 2 stars because they did keep some of their contractual agreement. But don't buy into the hype they give you to sign up with them. Run!

A plan and process designed for success
While I'm new to Growth Tools, I'm not new to business. Most coaching programs I've joined in the past are really online training programs that leave you floundering to figure things out on your own. Not Growth Tools. This company starts with creating your personalized roadmap - on YOUR business - then breaks down your action items into weekly, and manageable, steps - and holds you accountable to those action items.
Since this program centers around lead magnet swaps, they provided an option to have one of their coaches find and write the pitches for you. The first week of utilizing that program, I received "yeses" to 2 out of the 9 pitches written by my coach Kody. Wow. Now those are positive and impressive results.
Thanks, Growth Tools, for helping to craft my plan while also providing coaching along this journey.
I'm looking forward to getting many clients very soon.

Collaborating & Attracting Matched Me Perfectly!
The comprehensive nature of the program is overwhelming AND necessary, and I can tell the design is evidenced based. Collaborating and attracting potential clients was my approach in my last business, but I couldn't figure out how to do it in a virtual world. Everything makes perfect sense, Heather is a fantastic teacher, my strategy guy was also a fantastic listener and adept at turning my wide-ranging expertise into a specific offer. Love the templates and the thrice weekly training/work along keeps me accountable. My 1st client is coming soon; I can tell. Tee hee. Deborah

Growth Tools set up a winning rpogram.
Growth Tools created a structure for selling my high ticket item. The system is unique and it guided me on my way. I have not had that done in other programs where you are left to yourself (and for me floundering).
I was able to close down my old offer and practice the sales calls and make 30K in the process. Now I am on my way full bore with the complete program we instituted.

Very good experience
My overall experience in this program has been really good! There are a lot of moving parts to learning and setting up their system for your business but it's worth all of the effort. You need to put in the time and "sweat equity" to see results. The coaches are wonderful; they give you encouragement, practical advise, and are readily available for you.

Actually valuable and insightful content from actually real people
I’ve been incredibly impressed with Bryan’s podcast and other tools and services available through Growth Tools. His content is insightful and actually useful. It’s a refreshing and substance-filled break from the brainless and hollow AI-generated content machines all over the internet.

The revenue roadmap process with Matt was fantastic. He did a great job evaluating where I was in my process, gathering info, and applying it in a tailored way to my business approach. Five stars!
