I immediately received what I ordered (250 followers), but they disappeared right after. So I contacted support, which was pretty reactive and answered me twice. The followers came back but some disappeared again right after. So it's complicated, but I wouldn't say it's a scam, unlike 'Growthoid'.

Obvious scam, these always are. read the positive review and tell me they are not written by the same 2-3 people haha

SCAM! Unfortunately like the other 'real' reviews here I recently got taken advantage of and had $99 stolen from me. They are not a real business and if you send them any money you will get no services nor any communication. I'm not sure how this company is still able to be active and have reported them. I suggest Trust Pilot and others take the same action. The positive Trust Pilot reviews are obviously fake users.

I paid. No one seems to be working in m social account. No replies on emails no refund. What do I do please?

This is a scam. They take the money from your card but do not provide any service. Despite of multiple emails and website forms filled they simply do not contact you, do not return the money and do not provide a service. Clear fraud. Do not use.

I paid the service for around $50. They just stole my money. I've sent several requests through the page and emails but I received no answer. Of course not any action noticed on my account.
So be careful because they steal your money 🤷🏻‍♀️

Fraudulent site, they offer a supposed free trial but they charge your card before the trial period and no service is actually provided.

This is a scam, like many here, they charged my card and no one contacted me, I sent several e-mails, and filled out many contact forms, nothing.

It's a scam, plain and simple. I got charged on day two of a three days free trial, despite me having canceled already (immediately basically).
There is NO way to contact them, apart from a form through their site to which nobody answers.

Trash service that’s a scam. I experienced the same thing. I signed up and no one contacted me, then stole my money like it wasn’t even illegal smh. Stay very far from these scammers

Growthsilo will take your money and provide absolutely nothing in return. They don´t provide the service or respond after charging your card.

Growthsilo and Growthoid are both scams!!! They will charge you even thou you cancelled it right away. Especially Growthsilo. We should file this to the police!

This is a warning to all Instagram promo enthusiasts to be aware of this platform. This has never happened to me ever before. It has been 9 days, since I have paid for this platform and I have not received any response from their end. I have gone for their standard plan of $49. The worst thing is this pay is recurring. If anyone can help me to get in touch with these people or stop this recurring pay, I will be highly grateful.

SCAM. Was supposed to get 3 day free trial. They charged my card and then went MIA. Stay far away.

Paid $99 and realised it was strange why no ‘account manager’ had contacted me yet by the 3rd business day when they promise with 24hrs. Followed up many times by filling in form and then after no response, requested cancellation & refund. They keep charging your card once you pay the first time. WATCH OUT FOR THESE ONLINE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Scam. Do not use this service. Sign up for their advanced package and of course they charged my card right away. Now it’s been a month with zero follow up (they don’t even have my log in info), no response from their site, and they don’t have a phone number. Horrible service.

My card has been charged with $49, but I have tried following up with them and there is no response as I couldn't figure out how to setup my account.

I have mailed them multiple times, but the mail delivery fails and I have filled up the form on their site many times, yet no response.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. I canceled my service with them in May but they are still debating my account after 4 months. $99 per month. They do not respond to emails or when they do its a bot type response. DO NOT USE THEM. FRAUDS AND THIEVES.
