The packaging was poorly done

The packaging was poorly done and one of the items was damaged during transit. As a result there was a 2 week delay with customs clearance and all the items arrived dirty in poor condition. Please make sure to pack the items properly.

I have received an incomplete order


I have received an incomplete order, and despite numerous attempts to contact the company through messages and emails, there has been no single response whatsoever. This situation has led me to believe that I may have incurred a financial loss. I am profoundly disappointed by the company's apparent disregard for customer satisfaction, as I had anticipated a higher level of professionalism and commitment to their clients.
