I am usually driven to Trust Pilot to warn others of bad service or scams which are becoming common place. Not on this occasion! How refreshing, an online company that you can place your faith.
After losing so many plants over the darker period, I have been searching for lighting solutions to over winter my exotic houseplants. I made a few expensive mistakes before discovering this company. I found them on Amazon but because of Black Friday incentives, I redirected to their site. Anywhere but Amazon for me in general. (Moral based).
The site is easy to navigate and fun to use, with lots of customer feedback and images. Though difficult to find via the menu, they provide some very useful links to light measuring apps and a wealth of really helpful information. Some about light requirements for specific plants. They also provide education behind the science of lighting which was, pardon me, illuminating! :-)
More importantly, the products are first rate. So good I have already made three separate orders in a week! You can tell the 'Grow Gang' have put some diligence into sourcing their product range. Nothing naff or rip off here. The 'Pianta' lamps are of very solid aluminium construction and perform well. The wattage seems just right, with a balance between performance and running cost. Handy that they come with a standard B22 fitting fitting as well. Allows you to just swap them for normal bulbs in standard sockets. The 'Stelo' gooseneck lamp clips are very robust and well made. So much so, I already own three. The flexible neck easily holds the weight of the bulb and the clip bites like an alligator. I did a bit of research on this beforehand, and found many cheaper alternatives to be prone to failure. The 'Stilo' is a few more quid but as the old adage goes, 'buy right, buy once'.
Finally onto the service. All items arrive in very sturdy packing via Royal Mail 48hr. My orders were dispatched the same day they were placed and arrived on the stipulated delivery date (in what was a busy festive period). Communication was pleasant at all times. I even received an appreciative email for being a repeat customer. They freely offer a channel for questions, suggestions or even just a chat.
Everything about them is so good.
Lorenzo & Arian, thank you for the near utopian experience. I will be returning again soon and recommending you to friends and family. I hope this feedback gives you a boost you deserve.
If I could suggest a couple of things.
1) Make the excellent resources more visible and available via the main menu.
2) Consider selling some type of tall floor standing tree to specifically hold a number of 'goosenecks' at different heights / directions. I will put up photos of what I use when invited to leave feedback on the site.

Amazing service. Initially I ordered the wrong fitting, I contacted the team who couldn’t have been more helpful! I was supplied with a pre paid label to return the ones I had incorrectly ordered (I had expected to have to cover the cost as it was my mistake) and once they had been returned, the correct fitting bulbs were sent out to me with no fuss. I was kept up to date throughout via email. The bulbs themselves appear very sturdy and well made. The light they give out is bright and can easily replace normal bulbs. I haven’t used them long enough to comment on their effect on the plants but the customer service is the best I’ve come across from any company for a long time! Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say, which is weird lol. The grow lights are really effective, the customer support is conscientious, and team is actually really nice too (plus open to feedback). I have about 12 of the Pianta lights now and my plants are very happy. They've also upgraded their Gooseneck fittings to handle the weight of the bulbs properly which is great.

Great experience buying from Grow Gang. Highly recommend.

I have received wonderful service from Grow Gang. I purchased the Stelo Clip with Pianta light. I was happy with the light, but had some issues with the clip. After letting them know that the Stelo Clip wasn't strong enough to angle the Pianta Grow light effectively, they offered to send a replacement. The new clip does the job beautifully! It is strong and robust and I am able to point the bulb in any direction. I am really pleased with helpful service that I have received from Lorenzo and am glad that I chose to buy my plant light from a UK based company, who actually have a passion for what they do. I would definitely buy from Grow Gang again and would highly recommend them.

Lorenzo went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue. The pianta lightbulb is very effective at keeping my plants alive through the winter, as well as being aesthetically pleasing.

I initially planned to use Grow Gang’s Pianta light to care for a couple of plants in my living room. I’ve ended up using it for this but also lighting the entire room as it’s a lot brighter than I expected. The design blends in nicely with our furniture and I’m really happy with the performance of the product.

Great quality product, used it for seedlings and also to help out some house plants over winter. Also provides nice lighting for general ambience. Highly recommend this company.

Really great company, excellent staff and an even better product! Weighty and well made, it gives a really warm light in general for the house, aside from using it to grow plants we also use it for ambience especially with it's minimal energy use. Stylish, and our seedlings are loving it, especially peppers which can be a problem! Fantastic all round and I will be getting more!

I purchased 2 pendant light bundles for my wife, not only were they a great success in helping her plants, they are great quality too.
I then bought her the lamp and clip-on light, again the quality is superb, they really haven't gone for the cheap option when writing the specs. for their products.
I also bought 4 off the timer lights which my wife loves.
I contacted the customer services, they are helpful and reply very quickly.

So, not only do they have great products, which work very well, but they have delivered them with exceptional quality and have it all backed-up with a first-class customer service…sadly attributes which are lacking in the majority of companies these days.

A really great product- I've always struggled with plants dying on me and after using this for a couple of months I've noticed a huge difference! Service also great and it arrived really quickly. Would thoroughly recommend to fellow plat lovers.

Grow Gang's done a great job for me, had to swap the light stand for a pendant and it was sorted without fuss. I was unsure on how well the bulb would impact my plants but genuinely over the last few days I can clearly see a positive impact and its working more than I had expected. Delivery was quick so overall, a straightforward, positive experience. Would buy from them again.

An amazing buld, which will keep my plants thieving all through winter. A fabulous company to deal with and shall definitely be back for more.

Ordered the lamp but it turned out to be too small for my needs. Decided to replace it with the pendant instead.

Contacted the company and they arranged to collect the lamp without any issues.

Product arrived quickly, looks great and works phenomenally. My plants have never looked better!

Wow I ordered the large lamp kit ond it arrived today, this afternoon - so quick in fact I couldn't work out what the parcel was when the delivery driver turned up!!

The lamp is utterly gorgeous, even better in real life than on the website, and the quality is delicious, so easy to put together and done in a second. I bought for my weeping fig which last year had a hissy fit over the winter and lost a lot of leaves. Hoping it is going to love it as much as I do. I phoned Grow Gang also for some advice regarding how near the light could be to my weeping fig, and received a friendly, warm and very helpful response with some good advice.

Highly recommend on so many levels - customer service, aesthetics and design. Can''t wait to see my plant bloom with it. Thank you.

I only brought my first light 3 weeks ago but already all the plants seem to be bulking out greener and new growth after no growth for months. So great !
Bought 2nd bulb last week and my snake plants have gone mad literally growing an inch in a week.
So would already give this a big thumbs up .
