Tested the software definitely plenty of bugs still for example once you select your currency it cannot be changed once you click ok or else you delete your whole profile. Customer service isn’t heavily invested upon either.

As an HR manager, Grove HR has been a great help in making me efficient. The new geofencing feature for clocking-in and clocking-out has empowered the HR department to prevent possible time attendance fraud by providing accurate information regarding employee's location when they clock into work.
The tool is really flexible and efficient.

I love the User Interface on Grove HR, it is super easy to navigate and quite interactive. With Grove HR's geofencing feature, I now have access to accurate information regarding employees location, punctuality, absenteeism when they clock in/out.
Well, after a lot of testing, I chose Grove HR for my company. The product is super easy to comprehend and execute, even for a non-professional like me. Just hire the 3 new employees by myself with the recruitment features, piece of cake. The free product they are offering should be enough for small business size. You can expect to spend a bit more on advanced stuff if your business is scaling up, but it would totally worth the price.
One of the great advantages of Grove HR digital portal was self service. Through the Grove HR mobile app, employees can sign their attendance using a QR code, request time-off, access directory and more. It saves valuable time on the back and forth as I can easily approve/reject time-off requests as well as track employees' attendance right from the app.
The mobile app enables seamless communication and also improved engagements between employees and the HR department.
The instant benefits we can see after using Grove HR is that we save a lot of time in compared to using Excel and spreadsheets to manage HR. Before, for leave requests, employees need to send the manager and HR an email and then wait for manager to reply to that email. Now, our employees just request on Grove HR and at the end of the month, we can collect that data easily. The same with hiring and data management.
