Do not sign up for this company. Very misleading setup. Terrible, nonexistent customer service. Live text promises never delivered. Emails not responded to. I am waiting . They billed my credit card for shipment I did not order. Still waiting for a refund. And to even just cancel the account. They have 100s of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Do not give them your credit care #. You will have to fight to get it back.

I ordered some products over a month…
I ordered some products over a month ago and it hasn’t been delivered yet. Every time I check with the tracking number, they postpone the date. I tried to contact them once and didn’t get a response, sent another message today and am also writing here. Hoping to get their attention and get it cancelled and reimbursed.

I absolutely love this company! Every product I have received has been great. I love the reminders I get just prior to shipment reminding me to check and update my cart as needed! I recommend grove to all my friends and family. Customer service is great too… down to the personal message written on the outside of the shipment box!
