I appreciate how simple it is to organize a gift on short notice using your platform. The reminders and notification setup are intuitive and user-friendly, and the process of delivering the gift to the recipient offers flexible options for printing or emailing.

It made it very quick and easy to collect notes and contributions for a work colleagues wedding. We then had a lot of flexibility about how we could then use the collection money.

Process was easy and felt supported by the quick response to any queries.

Thank you for your service, it was really usefull! Everybody received the link right and were easily able to write in the group card.
I would, though, recommand some ajustments.
1) Permite to upload our own template for the card. The one that you guys have are pretty simple and I would have liked to be able to create one in Canva, for exemple and then, upload it to your site since it's easier to send to a group.
2) More discretion for the other group members. Some of my college didn'it liked the fact that they had to provide their email and name to be able to sign the card that I create and paid an access to. And for that, they refused to sign and I had it myself. Since I subscribed, nobody should have to provide their personal information, I think.
3) Having the possibility to change the font for every body's message. That's one of the little fun option one like to use to personnalize their comments and signature. It would be a detail most appreciated, I'm sure.

Your graphic heirachy is all whack and language is not clear or obvious.
You already know this as your help features are easier to find than the way forward.
Once the card signing period has ended, how about a simple big fkn button that says send card to recipient. Instead there was a button to spend now.
Spend or buy does not convey the right message, I appreciate there needs to be a transaction to get a gift card or money or experiance, maybe call out the next step as an easy logical thing as opposed to a transaction with transperancy of each step.

I work in a fully online organisation and so GroupTogether is the easiest way to wish people well as they leave, go to have a baby or for birthdays. It is flexible and everyone can contribute words and/or money easily. It would be great to have a bigger variety of gifs to choose from.

Pros: easy, convenient and has a card format that you can share around.
Cons: Deeply disappointing that had to pay a steep percentage to take the cash off the website to buy gifts suitable for the person leaving. The gift cards were impersonal so we didn't want to go with this option.
It took several days for the money to hit the account which delayed buying the gifts as it was for a colleague.
The card was just a PDF didn't give an option to have this printed or made. This could be a PPT you put together with your team.

Pretty easy to follow, share and send gift.
Two suggestions:
- It would be good for the organiser to be able to shift around the comments to fill pages better, or group people together
- It would be helpful to make the fees more obvious up front; I did not find them until I was ready to send the gift out to the recipient.
