I have dealt with this company for years and they used to be great! Now you cannot even see the prices AT ALL, you have to send a request of your "potential" order for a quote without any clue of how much that might cost?? Is the circus in town?? Maybe they think that builds excitement and anticipation but in the business world that's a massive LOSE and totally idiotic IMO. You sell cables, its not exactly a closed market or a USP is it guys?? Why make it so difficult for potential customers? They will be selling flowers that squirt water next...

Great company with helpful staff. Its is a shame that we have to continually populate the delivery address for drop shipping. At busy times you lose business as we often don't have time to enter address details.

As always our account manager Mark White provided a very quick and competitive quote. No matter how large or small the quote request he treats each one with the same level of attention. A truly trusted supplier.

Great products and excellent service. Installed WiFi connekt to improve poor distribution around the house and very impressed with the results. A little tricky to setup with my Sky router; however, the technical support provided by Tom was exceptional. Highly recommend!

I've been dealing with Deanna and she's been incredibly helpful with dealing with my businesses requirements. She's given me guidance with a couple of queries and so far the everything is going extremely well. Would highly recommend Group Gear.

Bought the WiFi connekt starter kit and having failed spectacularly in trying to set it up called technical support for some guidance. Tom was incredibly helpful and walked me through the set up step by step.

Don’t believe the manual that says you can set up the extender in a few easy steps, especially if you have virgin media router. Just call Tom from the get go.

I purchased a slave unit of a powerline mains socket with wifi and was unable to get it working despite resetting it and rebooting it. I emailed the Company in the evening and received a telephone call the following morning. I spoke to Tom in Technical support and he spent more than 30 minutes going through the issues and explaining my options. Basically I needed to purchase a master unit as well and he emailed me a link to a seller. I have never encountered someone as helpful as Tom in any company. Brilliant.

Chris Harris, great account manger, quotes back very quickly and orders are always on time. Any issues/queries are always sorted quickly and efficiently by Chris and the team.

I had an issue with a WiFi wall socket but Tom was more than happy to resolve the issue for me. He even shipped out the new one and arranged collection of the faulty unit.
