I was called to do a plumbing job for this company which was completely without any problems. After I submitted the invoice I found out payment was 60 days better late than never but the 60 days came and went unfortunately the payment never arrived I sent 5 emails without reply and every attempt to call ends with Henry is busy
Any contractor get call by this company don’t do the work unless you work for free

Keep chasing money for a job completed and keep getting no replies

Avoid these cowboy's they don't pay the bill and give you the runaround. They are associated with a company called myshon as well so be careful.

I completed work for this company with a clear agreement that payment would be made within 7 working days. Over a month later, I am still unpaid.
I’ve tried contacting them by email multiple times and they are ignoring me.
This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. I strongly advise other tradespeople to avoid working with this company unless payment terms are guaranteed upfront.

I was contacted on the 31/10 to attend an emergency call out at 11pm at night. I agreed 30 days payment terms with Kelly and £150 for the job.

I went and made safe then reported back to Kelly following the completion of the job.

I sent an invoice across and would then wait the 30 days for payment.

On the 31st day I contacted and asked if payment would be made today as it is now overdue. I was told to contact account the accounts team via email.

I went back and forth Calling, messaging and 10 days later still no payment received.

I called again on the 9th of December and spoke to Tom. Tom declared he was the manager but could not help my case. Again being told to contact the South African based accounts team.

After getting annoyed with tom and stating I would return to site and collect my property, the next time calling I Spoke to the finance director who in the end initiated my payment.

My wife was present and overheard the conversations I was having and we both believed we were dealing with a scam company and the only reason for payment was because I stated I would collect my property from site.

The finance director did say I was accidentally put down on the wrong payment term, meaning I wouldn’t get paid until the 60th day.

This is plausible I’m aware, but the poor communication and lack of resolve until I literally started calling just to hold the line up. Does make me question the ethics of this company.

I’ve been contacted today and given a deadline of 9am tomorrow stating if I don’t remove the review my wife posted they’ll be repercussions . I asked what repercussions and was told I’m not being threatened. But I’m unaware of any other company personally calling to scare you into removing a post, unless they had something to hide.

So we have in-fact removed the previous post as I can’t say for sure if this company is in fact a scam or not. But my dealing with them has been difficult and I certainly will not be taking jobs from them in the future.

I want to make future contractors and remind them to be careful on the work you take. Please make sure not to invest to much up front, to prevent future losses.

The staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. One employee says one thing, another says something completely different, and no one takes responsibility.

They told me they would come around lunchtime, so I stayed home the entire day waiting. No one showed up. When I called their office, a staff member casually suggested leaving the keys under the doormat. Later in the evening, while I was out for dinner, they suddenly called again saying they *couldn’t* leave the keys there and demanded that I rush back home.

I told them I’d be back in 15–20 minutes, but the person on the phone rudely threatened that if I wasn’t home within 10 minutes, they would leave. I asked why they didn’t come earlier as promised, and instead of answering, he kept changing the subject and speaking to me disrespectfully.

The lack of organization, accountability, and basic courtesy was shocking. I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a frustrating and stressful experience that I feel people should be warned.

Very helpful and excellent communication with regular updates along the process of getting an issue fixed within my home. Gone above and beyond. Highly recommended 😊
