Oh No what have I done - I should have read these reviews first. I ordered Two Wooden Trellis with Lattice planters via Wowcher. They arrived today, I have opened them to find they are terrible quality the holes are not in the correct places to build them and They are simply not fit for purpose. I have sent them an email and told them I require a refund ( not vouchers) as the goods are faulty and under trading standards goods not fit for purpose such as this require full refund . I am now concerned I will encounter nonsense. I really hope not. I have also made it clear that they can be returned at their expense not mine as none of this is my error. Feeling disappointed that company's feel that they can get away with shoddy products. I can only trust that they are indeed honourable and understand the law.

Scammers!! Not received my zero gravity chairs .Glad I paid with PayPal. At least I'll get my £135.99 back at some stage. No operators off with COVID restrictions!( Apparently).No reply to numerous emails .supposed to reply within 72 hrs.
Please don't touch this company although My purchase to them was through Wowcher.Wont be using them again either . BAD....... Shouldn't be in business

Absolutely shocking!

I ordered a banana parasol from mano mano and turns out this company ground level are the ones who supplied it! It arrived faulty and I have this Absolutely disgusting human called Linda from Groundlevel emailing me being rude and threatening me I'll have to pay return costs etc! Dreadful! You can't call them as there saying due to covid! Absolutely horrendous avoid at all costs!

No customer service at all, so pray nothing is wrong with your item their outgoing message says due to covid they’re working from home and no longer answer the phone but say they’ll answer emails within 72 hours well it’s after 72 hours for me now and not a peep!

If I could give a minus I would, ordered shipped no product exactly the same as all previous. Appealing service fobbed off repeatedly and still not had a refund.....AVOID at all costs. Will be issuing small claims court application today!!

Wish I'd read the other reviews. Wrong product. Zero response from the company.

If I could give ground level a Zero I would. I wish I read these reviews before buying from Wowcher but I didn’t!! Please do not buy from this company, I bought a heated air rack and it came with the wires snapped, which is dangerous and unusable. I applied for a return and at that point, I just thought it was a genuine mistake however after emailing the company many times and getting a lot of unprofessional replies I nearly gave up however I sent the air rack back myself costing me £9 and after I gave them proof of delivery 5 times they finally agreed to refund me. Don’t even bother with this company however if you are struggling with a refund contact Wowcher over WhatsApp and just keep bugging the company email I have honestly emailed them over 70 times just to get a refund. The moral of my story is never buy from Wowcher or ground level ever again.

Bought a heated winged airer through wowcher, it blew my electrics first time I used it. Contacted wowcher who said I had to contact Groundlevel, which I did but they ignored me. Contacted Wowcher again and they are ignoring me. I am now trying to get a refund using Resolver . This is the last time I will use wowcher they are ok when things are going well but completely useless if you have a problem and as for Ground level I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole

Same here, wish I had read the reviews, bought a heated throw from Wowcher and only the top part by the mech heats up, bought the wowcher to get to the redeem site to be told to pay 6.00 for deliver, so altogether 40 quid for a flimsy non working throw and no way getting hold of them to refund and return, wowcher - you really should be careful who you deal with as this will now stop me using you too!!

I ordered an electric heated throw, they sent a receipt but have heard nothing since. Their phone line is not manned because of Covid??? Email ignored

If I could give them a zero I would. Paid for fastest delivery, it was then delayed. Ordered and tried their heated winged dryer. It does not work as advertised, tried in 3 times in different rooms in case it made a difference, it didn’t!! Had to rewash all items and put them on the radiator to dry. They refused to replace or refund and instead wrote very curt, rude and mail responses. Terrible company, useless product, awful customer services. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with by far! I am surprised WOWCHER continues to allow them to trade through them!

Bought a heated clother dryer on Wowcher, and it arrived fairly fast, but did not work. I did receive an email in reply to my returns request, and had to pay to return the item. I am currently awaiting a refund.
However, I'm writing this review now, early, as I thought you would like to see a photo of their "returns department".
Just go to Evri tracking, enter tracking number P1118270. Then hit the button that says VIEW FULL TRACKING DETAILS. Enter Groundlevels postcode which is LE9 8EY. Then hit the button that says VIEW PROOF OF DELIVERY.
What more proof you need?
If I do receive a refund I will edit this review to a more positive one: Everyone deserves a chance.

No stars is more appropriate !! Ordered an item through WOWCHER and have never received it.Requested feedback and a refund many times to no avail .Shocking customer service and shame on you WOWCHER for being involved with these crooks

Like lots of other customers I have emailed them about an Order that arrived damaged and purchased via Wowcher. Phone line doesn’t work, still blaming Covid and no one has answered my emails with photos of damage etc. Not even an auto response.
Terrible Customer Service.
Wont ever order from them or Wowcher again!

Worst company in the world, Dont reply to emails about damaged returned goods. They sent me a damaged item which i bought through Woucher so i returned it 5 weeks ago but have no response about my returned goods. I have now reported this company to Watchdog and to the Fraud National Crime Agency.

If I could put no stars I would !! One star is far to high for this company , they send out second hand goods with marks all over a rug I ordered though wowcher , the rug has been packed and sent out folded not rolled so will not lay flat and after purchasing I have seen the same rug half the price in a local store where the store had the rugs rolled as should be not folded. Emailed ground level and attached photos , I have had no response for a week now and they quote 72 hours at the most . DONT NOT BUY FROM GROUNDLEVEL OR WOWCHER

Worst company ever i have waited over a month for my item that Evri said had the wrong address on so i had to contact Groundlevel to sort this for either a refund or replacement item, As for Groundlevel you can not physically speak to a person it is all done by email, I have been told that as my item had the correct address on i had to contact Evri myself to have it delivered, then i was basically accused of already having received my item as i told them my local delivery driver gave me the information about the wrong address as we all know you can contact heaven easier than evri, Now i have been told i will not get a replacement until the find out what happened to my original parcel, am so frustrated with it all

I have ordered a 10 cm mattress topper which should have been delivered on 16/02/2023
I still haven’t received my topper now having read the reviews I doubt very much that i
I will get what is being advertised.
Reviews are saying that it is barely 1cm thick
You cannot contact the company directly and wowcher seems like you can only talk to a robot

I so wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing a mattress topper on wowcher. So far almost a month later I’ve had no topper, no contact and no refund … fml

I ordered a 10cm mattress topper - what has arrived is not even thick enough to be a duvet, nevermind a mattress topper. I wish I'd read the reviews first, it's about 1cm thick. I've contacted the company for a refund but after reading the reviews it seems unlikely I'll get anything back. Really disappointed.
