We’d just like to clarify the timeline for your order, which was placed in January 2026. When you reached out to us in April, we were happy to provide troubleshooting steps and offered to send you a complimentary outlet checker to help verify your grounding connection. We also let you know at that time that if you preferred to return the item for a refund, you could simply let us know, and we would provide the return instructions.
You chose to proceed with the complimentary outlet checker at that time, and no return or refund was requested. We then heard from you again on August 21, when you asked to return the item. Unfortunately, by then, the order had passed our 90-day money-back guarantee period, so we were unable to process the return under the guarantee.
However, we certainly don’t want you to feel that your concerns have gone unheard. We’d be happy to take another look at your case and see what we can do to help. This company scams you out of your money. I visited the site...NEVER Placed an ORDER...yet they charged my credit card. They refuse to refund my money...(OR EVEN TO SEND ME A PRODUCT) because I don't have an order number. DUH! I don't have an order number because I never placed an order!
Their customer service unit largely responds with an AI message.....No Help, whatsoever. It's been almost a year now, and their AI CS repeatedly asks for the order number. BEWARE!!!!! BE Warned!! Be WISE!!!

For clarification, we would never intentionally charge a customer without an order being placed. We also do not save customers’ credit card information on file, so we’re unable to charge a card unless a transaction has been submitted through our checkout process.

I was suffering badly from leg cramps every night . Very painful & takes time to stretch to release cramps & spoils sleep. After about a few weeks all cramps gone & I can sleep well .

I have looked at this company for a while now and their profile is one that i would engage with.
So i placed an order, on a weekend, not expecting an update until probably Tuesday earliest. So i was pleasently surprised when they answered a sizing query about their fitted sheets on a Sunday within 2 hours of asking. Even more surprised when i received a shipping update the following day which i find impressive. The items are coming from the USA and i am in Uk so it will be a while till they arrive but now its down to quality. Watch this space........

Very happy with my sheet. Sleep a lot longer which I haven't done for years. Not waking up nearly as often as I did before. Was a bit surprised when it first arrived. Had expected a proper sheet and not a strip but am used to it now. Just ordered one for some friends.
