Referral to Mr Sinnett after bad heel fracture. His advice to avoid surgery has turned out to be wise. Follow up monitoring appointments with Mr Sinnett have been reassuring and helpful. I would recommend him without hesitation. X-ray facilities and X-ray staff at 280 King's Road also very good. However, the administration services provided by Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners have been very poor and cumbersome. Desk staff not well informed and systems not efficient. On one occasion my confirmed appointment was not in their diary and they then sent me "confirmation" of the appointment for the same day, for a different time and after it had actually taken place. Definite room for improvement.

Mr Webb performed a surgical repair of my right proximal semitendinosus (hamstring). His knowledge and expertise throughout the consultancy phase was clear and he went above and beyond to ensure the operation happened within a 4 week window of the injury. I would highly recommend working with Mr Webb.

During the consultation, he quickly identified the likely cause of my health issue and took the time to explain everything clearly. He reassured me that, through further targeted investigations, we will be able to determine the exact cause of my upper arm problem. I had a very good experience with Dr Patel. Upon the first visit he was able to find the core issue with my achilleas tear within minutes and got me seen by the ultrasound team instantly too which allowed me to get everything confirmed during a single appointment. Dr Patel and his team were helpful during my initial recovery month and were there to answer questions via email throughout. Would highly recommend anyone with similar ankle/foot issues.

I recently had ankle fusion surgery with Dr Patel. From the first meeting we had he took the time to explain my conditions and the various options open to me. All was explained in a very clear and compassionate way, leaving me with a very informed decision to make. The surgery was handled extremely well at Stanmore and whilst I'm still in recovery, the surgery has been successful so far and I'm looking forward to getting back to regular activities.

I first consulted Luke Jones when I injured my left knee in 2023. Initially we tried non-invasive treatments, but it became obvious that surgical intervention was necessary. I had a partial knee replacement on my left knee. Mr Jones explained clearly was involved, and what would be involved in my recovery. The operation was very successful and the scar healed up, barely leaving a trace. When arthritis hit my right knee I returned to Mr Jones, and this time needed a full knee replacement. As before he explained the procedures clearly, and performed the operation smoothly. I am recovering well from the surgery, and I would not hesitate to recommend Luke Jones to anyone facing knee surgery.

Mr Jones performed my ACL repair following a sports injury, and although I am still in the recovery process, my experience has been extremely positive. From the outset, he has been friendly, approachable, and highly professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, my knee is already feeling significantly better. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the pre- and aftercare have both been excellent.

I would also like to mention his PA, who has been consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout the process, making everything run seamlessly. I would highly recommend Mr Jones and his team on all levels.

Mr Patel was punctual and kind and supportive. He patiently responded to my questions and was very knowledgeable about medical issues. He has such a pleasant and calming aura and I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. James White for my major rotator cuff tear surgery from start to finish. The turnaround from initial consultation to surgery and follow-up appointments was impressively quick, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
Dr. White explained everything very clearly at each stage, ensuring I fully understood the procedure and recovery process. He is a very good listener and took the time to address all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
What really stood out is how approachable and available he is; he made himself accessible whenever needed, even offering support via Zoom, which was incredibly reassuring.
Overall, the care and professionalism I received were outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

While the surgery itself may have been technically successful, the overall experience fell well below what I expected from a private healthcare provider. Communication before and after the operation was poor, with little proactive support or clear guidance throughout recovery. I received no meaningful explanation of how the surgery went, no written summary, and had to repeatedly chase for operation notes, appointments, physiotherapy coordination, and even medication follow up. The two week follow up appointment felt rushed and lacked privacy, with limited opportunity to ask questions or discuss recovery concerns. Due to the lack of communication and confidence in the aftercare, I ultimately felt the need to seek advice from another surgeon. Overall, the experience felt disjointed and uncoordinated.

I cannot recommend Tim Sinnett highly enough. From the very beginning, he took a thoughtful and preventative approach to treatment, exploring every option carefully rather than rushing straight into surgery. When surgery did become necessary, I felt completely confident in his hands.

The procedure itself was handled brilliantly, and the aftercare I received was absolutely superb throughout. Tim was professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring at every stage of the process.

When it comes to something as important as feet, you want the very best care possible, and that is exactly what I received. I’m incredibly grateful for the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
