BUYER BEWARE!!!!

This company is AWFUL!! Customer service is awful! They WILL NOT take a return!! I have $80 if items I cannot wear because the quality is incredibly substandard and they offered me $40! Again, I cannot wear due to the quality and they will not accept return even though it states they will accept return based on quality.

They are NOT U.S even though the package comes from a US address. They are in Dubai

I was very happy with all of my items! Shipping did take awhile though. I will order again!

Still not arrived, do not use this company if you live in the uk

My holiday has been and gone and still no sign of the dress I ordered months ago

I received three nicely fitting shirts. Very comfortable and the quality was good. Pleasantly surprised with my purchase.

Still waiting to hear about a refund for the clothing I bought. I have heard nothing since responding the clothes did not fit after using their sizing chart and I want a full refund. I am not holding out any hope I will get anything. Terrible company to deal with. I am surprised by the 5 star rating some are giving. The clothes are poor quality also. I guess I should chalk this $200 experience to a lesson learned.
Terrible experience dealing with this company. They should be shut down for their "return" policy which at this point is a non-return policy and their clothing quality.

I ordered two dresses and they weren't what I thought. I have tried to return them and they offered me $14 when the total purchase was $120. I went back and said that I wasn't happy with that and that I expected a full refund like most online shops offer. They came back and said that they would offer me $21 and that was the best they could do. So so so disappointed. Please do not buy from these people, I think they are dodgy,

The items I ordered were not what I expected as far as the fabric and fit is concerned. I should have read the particulars better but I am disappointed that the items were not true to Color and look as in the pictures. I will be returning a few things.

Was pleased that everything fit. Only drawback is the length of time from the day you ordered to the day of delivery. Took one month. But clothes are nice and hold up well after washing.

The shirts are nice quality. I think they run a little small to size. Would definitely order from them again!

Their return policy is not as advertised. Tried to return 2 long sleeve tops and received nothing but a run around… their sizing is inconsistent and the material on the two long sleeve shirts it’s awful. A long sleeve hoodie is a lovely soft fabric and the others are a cheap nylon…extremely disappointing. Shop elsewhere…

Love the clothing! Well made and a very nice fit. I’m 5’2 and muscular weighing about 125. I ordered shirts in a small and they fit great. The only downfall was shipping time. They were worth the wait.

I ordered 9 items from Grorace, following the size charts. The order took almost one month to reach my door. Upon receiving the items, only 2 fit, based on the size charts. I requested a refund, but Grorace insists their refund policy is for quality issues only. Well, since I used the sizing chart and the items still didn't fit, I'd say there is a quality issue.
The company offered my $100 only (not even half) for my "trouble", which is better than nothing, but not sufficient as I cannot wear the other 7 items.

I will NOT be ordering from them ever again.

Took a while to get here but clothes are true to size and soft and comfy. Love them!

The top I purchased was even prettier than online . I was thrilled to find that the sleeves were long enough for me and it didn’t shrink at all after the first wash. I ordered 2 more tops already.

Nice comfortable shirt. It runs a little small around the waist, but that's just motivation to keep up with my situps! Very comfortable around the neck. Sits nicely and doesn't pull. Colors are just as advertised.

I ordered 3 tops. They are all beautiful!!! I ordered a size bigger because I ordered long sleeve tops and I like them a little oversized. However they do run true to size.
