Have been ignored by customer support since a valid damage claim was passed to them by UPS. UPS have informed me that some compensation is owed and it is now in their hands but they are doing nothing about it.

Received warped record that was described as NM-, then they refused to address the issue. Avoid if you can since plenty of their stuff arrives damaged and they accept no responsibility for any of that.

I ordered From Grooves in April. The website claimed the product would arrive in 7-14 days. When they sent the tracking information a few after I placed the order, they informed me in a confusing email that there could be delays. Clearly they knew this when I placed the order. They could have/should have informed me before I paid for it/ chose to order though Grooves. It's been over 6 weeks and I haven't received the item. The tracking information has not updated in over 2 weeks. Every time I have tried to email Grooves about it, they send me non-responsive, evasive answers along with the "tracking information", that isn't tracking anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a processor for my new pc I am currently in the process of building. Grooves inc. had the best price for the product I wanted. So I took the chance and ordered from them. I ordered it over 2 weeks ago and my tracking info has said “The package is being shipped to your country” and hasn’t changed in 12 days. I’m getting very frustrated. They do have good prices but it’s not worth the wait. When i could have paid $20 more and had the product 15 days ago. I do not intend on buying from them again unless I am completely desperate.

Ordered a doll for my daughter on 24-03, with a 4-8 days delivery. After 10 days I contacted the company, because I haven´t got my parcel. Asked for money back (via paypal). They had not even send the doll yet, and they didn´t even care. They even send me this mail.

"We have cancelled your order XXXXXXX as requested.
Your payment will be refunded via PayPal within the next 2 to 4 business
days.
We look forward to seeing you again in our shop soon."

Purchased a coffee machine with free starter set. On opening the box, it did not have the free mugs/coffee included and the box sent was not the same - the picture did not match the one advertised on their website.

Customer service told me I need to "claim" my 100 free coffee pads, by buying some from Senseo. I wrote back explaining the product I purchase included 2 FREE coffee mugs and 100 coffee pads, as advertised on the box I should have received.

I have written to them 4 times and sent photographic proof, yet they do not reply. I have now emailed ECC and will write to the owner of the Company.

AVOID THESE CHEATS !

Received the shipping package, very well packed with bubble wrap, even the internal package has no sign of damage. Only to find when power on the tablet the screen is damaged can not see anything from the display. Contacted support with no avail. DO NOT buy product from this company!!!!!

Do not order off this site !!!!! I made an order for a graphics card for my computer & after entering my credit card info I had multiple transactions happening that were not me. This site lets out your information & is a scam.

Absolutely terrible I ordered a walking dead trivia game for husband Xmas and checked packaging seemed ok so I wrapped it up . I didn’t think of looking at the actual expecting to be English . In every language except ours English Which is what we talk in the uk . contacted them basically said tuff can’t do anything now . Stuck game no use wouldn’t even entertainThe ideas sending us replacement English Which wouldn’t be so bad . If you selling a game and it’s posted to the uk you should provide it with the Langage that matches . would not recommend this company . Very very disappointed I customer service .

Our order took over three weeks for grooves to even ship our order. When I asked them about it, Didn’t seem to care at all. Weeks later after they had shipped, I asked them where could our package be and they basically said “it’s your fault and the carriers fault, we don’t care”.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. I will not be buying from them ever again. Terrible company.

Horribly . Don't use this site for anything . You pay for a product and then they tell you to pay more for it to arrive. Never use this page its a scam!
