Excellent prices! Ordered Be Quiet cables for my PC. Took about three weeks for shipping but that was expected due to international shipping.

Customer Service responded promptly explaining that the delay in Darren Hayes's "Homosexual" cd arriving were due to supply line issues - Australia is a long way away! The CD arrived a couple of weeks later - great!!

I really appreciate that Grooves still makes and sells the educational toy Lil Professor.
I loved playing this and challenging myself as a child, and now my grandson is doing the same. 😊

I'm delighted with the service I got from Grooves.land. Even though I ordered during the busy period - right before Xmas - my Peaches record arrived in New Zealand from Berlin 5 weeks later (really great in my opinion) - and in perfect condition. And a really good price too.

Two orders - five items in total.
First order - nothing arrived after three months, second order - one item arrived very quickly, the other two never arrived.
Only refund for items arrived and no refund for PP fees or partial shipping refund - I'm repeating: two orders, one of five ordered items arrived!! After 3 months both times - I was really patient.
Clearly a bad service and I paid around 10 € for tracked shipping and PP fees for that one CD.
Suggestion: don't order rare stuff that you can't find anywhere else, Grooves probably also can't provide them, they won't dispatch and you'll lose money on fees.

Excellent, reliable, company that gives you access to a large catalogue of media that includes plenty of discs not easily found elsewhere. First rate :)

Although my order was late arriving and the tracking information was wrong, my emailed queries were always answered in a very timely fashion which gave me confidence that my order would arrive.
