Bought Zousz Balm and oil. Easily the best products I've used in 3 years of bearding! Non-greasy and medium hold for my medium length beard. Products arrived quickly and well packaged and are premium looking. Had to contact company to return an over-order. They dealt with it quickly and with no problem. Refund made very quickly. Outstanding customer service and definitely my go-to grooming site now. Nick's customer service is second to none. 5 stars and fully recommended!
