Jason from GROHE technical support was fantastic. I thought I was looking at a new £1500 replacement boiling tap. Nope. Bit of instruction from Jason and tap was back in business. Just what we needed with a baby on the way. Thank you so much.

Exceptional products & Customer Service

Very pleased with the Grohe Bau toilet, so pleased in fact that I have one in the upstairs bathroom and one in the downstairs w/c. A quaility product, perfect for smaller spaces.

When I had a minor issue with a soft close seat, Grohe Customer Services were excellent; responsive, helpful and understanding. Sent the replacement parts very quickly, all under warranty.

Can't recommend Grohe highly enough. Will definitely buy their products again.

Absolutely Awful!!!

Terrible experience with this company. I have now had two faulty Grohe taps. The first one was within 12 months of purchase so I was able to get a refund via Toolstation. The second tap developed a fault within the five year warranty period, although Grohe are refusing to issue a refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

5* Customer Service

I recently had a bathroom renovation and bought a toilet, taps and a shower from Grohe. Really happy with it all but I wasn’t able to tilt the lower shower head. I emailed customer support and despite it being the holiday season I received a prompt and efficient email from Sam which solved my issue there and then. I’m so glad I chose this brand as the support is often as important as the purchase. Fantastic customer service and will recommend this brand to all my friends and family.

I recently had a Grohe shower toilet…

I recently had a Grohe shower toilet installed in my remodelled bathroom, and I needed some detailed information regarding the descaling process and associated time interval settings. I contacted the UK Technical team and Jason supplied me with all the detailed information required.

Great support.

Contacted GROHE with an issue and Jason got back to me promptly with the required information. This makes such a difference when you have an issue but knowing that a company understands your problem and responds quickly makes such a difference.

Excellent standards

Prompt customer service response, good communication. Chris, Technical Advisor, helped with replacing a cap for our 3 valve shower unit, which I hadn’t managed to locate myself. Also, really helpful in diagnosing an issue with the unit, not a fault but potentially something missed by the plumber. The units I have are now four years old, so it was great to get this service. I would highly recommend Grohe products, we purchased 2 toilet cisterns, toilet, 2 shower units, and they really are excellent quality.

Replacement part - staff go above & beyond

I received a Grohe tap which was missing a seal. I contacted Grohe Technical Support and they put me onto the Office Spares team who took time to identify the correct part and then posted it out the next day. This was all co ordinated by Chris, Technical Customer Services Coordinator.

Felt this was above and beyond as it would have been easy to say - "Return it, we will replace with a new one" which would have taken more time.

Looking forward to receiving seal in the next day or two and fixing the tap. Should have it done before Christmas!
