My flat had a Grohe show from 15 years…
My flat had a Grohe show from 15 years ago. During refurbishment of the tiles the builder noticed a tiny weep from the valve. It was in very tight, so we didn't want to risk damaging it without a replacement being immediately available.
We sent pictures of the external's of the shower and the Technical dept sent back full diagram and part number. Purchased part inline.
Amazing it lasted so long. Brilliant service. Well done.

Superb customer service from Grohe UK but I must especially mention Jason who went out of his way to call me personally to advise. His interest in his job and desire to help is clearly reflected in his taking the time to speak to me personally and his knowledge of Grohe products, compatability and spare parts is brilliant. All that on top of being extremely pleasant to speak to!
Missing Items
Grohe's products are deffinately of high standard, but when it comes to fitting them, most of the times, crucial seal is missing. You cannot buy them locally and are left in lurch. It is very frustrating.
Flush not working properly on new Grohe wall hung toilet
Had problem with the flush on a new Grohe back to wall hung toilet. Chris in service department was excellent. Pinpointed problem from a video I sent and explained how to rectify. Great service and now have a toilet with an amazing flush. Thanks

If i could give Chris in spares more stars than 5 I would. Had absolutely no reason to send a spare part I was missing free of charge, but did, and was incredibly friendly about it.

Replacement spare part.
I contacted Grohe for advice on a replacement part for my shower which they no longer produce, it is over 10yrs old! They sent me, without asking, a component they thought may be suitable. Sadly although very close to the original it would not fit. However, I cannot fault them for the great service they provided.
What a flush that grohe euro triple…
What a flush that grohe euro triple vortex toilet pan has! I have never seen such a great job. I almost never need to use the brush after a number 2! I love it! Mine is a backbto wall, not a wall hung though. And really hope tge wall hung will be the same as planning to rip off my brand new IMEX one, as it needs at least 3 flushes to get it clean.

I had occasion to contact Grohe Technical Support regarding a spare part availability for a Euphoria shower. This was a damaged part not a Grohe defect or quality issue. The part I required was not considered a consumable item and not available as a replacement part. However, the customer support team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get me that part. I’m very happy with the quality of the Grohe shower and the excellent customer support.
Grohe Blue Home Water Filter System - NO!
Bought the expensive Grohe Blue Water Filter System in 2021 for a brand new kitchen, and have persevered for ages, but it's pointless! I admit defeat. I wish I'd read the Reddit reviews before buying it! Friends have other water filter / heater options and they all seem fine and quiet too.
When the Grohe system is switched on, it's loud all the time (sounds like a tractor) and overheats, so we've resorted to turning it on and off constantly (annoying!) It also empties the carbon dioxide bottles when we add them, or shows the EC (empty cartridge) sign most of the time so you spend time under the sink screwing the bottle in and out enough for it to work and register. The instruction manual is awful too. I now have 4 carbon dioxide bottles to return and one very expensive Grohe Blue home system to remove.
Currently leaving this review as a 3 as I have emailed customer service for help. Will update this review with how I get on.

I had a problem with my tap that was well out of warranty. So I got in touch for advice on how to repair. I was advised to try a part and given guidance on where to buy. They spent a long time explaining the fault as it’s difficult via email.
When the part arrived the part didn’t work. So I got back in touch for more advice and they went above and beyond. They had a spare part in the office so sent it out completely free. In this day and age I was looking at a bill for several look hundred pounds but they helped massively can’t thank them enough.

Excellent response to an online query regarding showers - features and particularly flow rates. I was provided with an alternative to the ones that I'd looked at, along with some graphs showing the flow rates for different spray patterns and water pressure. Shower crisis solved!
I have a near 20 year old in wall Grohe shower unit that required replacement of the temperature and flow cartridges. I believe that these are no longer manufactured but having sent photo's of the unit to the Grohe technical team, I had within 24 hours, exact identification of the parts, their part numbers and authorised dealers who had residual stock available. Duly purchased and fitted perfectly. Brilliant service, communication and attention to customer needs. I could not be happier. Thank you!

I bought a fitting which the plumber had somehow managed to mislay the screw for. I contacted Grohe to ask for details of what was required, planning to buy a screw myself, and they got back to me quickly and effectively. Unfortunately they couldn't send the exact screw (it was part of the set) but sent one with an identical thread which I subsequently cut to size. Thanks!
