Awful customer service
Absolutely ridiculous!
The way the customer service is handling the renting process is absurd!! You need to go to the open house and if you are interested, the day after, there is only one number you can call (+45 31478597) at 8:00 am to tell them you want the apartment. Whoever gets through first, will get the apartment. There is no queue system on the answering machine! And Anne who gets the call is extremely unprofessional and rather rude.
I have been living in Denmark for the past 10 years, and I know how they should behave and respect the customers, plus I have never had such a bad experience with rentals. It is also important to say that unlike any other agency, they do not accept any emails. They waste a lot of my time and energy by visiting three apartments in Valby and I lost all three of them due to the answering machine and a bad customer service.
