Ignored requests for refund
Bought a pair of Shimano sunglasses. They took 2 weeks to arrive. Clearly Chinese made knockoffs that were a poor fit. Chased several times for a refund but no reply.

Another chinese rip off company.
I bought some Shimano sunglasses from them, 4 pairs for £54. They took weeks to come and then were left in an insecure location on an industrial estate over the weekend and, obviously, weren't there when I finally was told where they had been left. They said they would send more but never did and now do not respond to e mails. I looked in to the carrier to see if I could get anywhere with them and found out that the parcel had been sent from Aliexpress. I looked on their website and could have bought the same things over 400% cheaper. I also have to assume that they are not geniune Shimano, I cannot say for certain because I didn't get them.

The add popped up so I thought I'd look at the winter jacket (as advertised) given that the web address suggests its a UK company - beware folks, there is a warning that the garments are made to Chinese sizes which suggests all is not as it appears

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about this. I'm sorry the ad gave you the wrong impression, and you're right to expect clarity from a company with a UK web address.
On sizing, the note on the product page is there because the jacket is made by our supplier to Asian sizing, which typically runs one to two sizes smaller than UK sizing. I can see that a warning on its own isn't good enough, and that it doesn't tell you where the product comes from or how it will fit. We have added a UK/EU size conversion chart and clearer product origin information to the listing.
To be upfront about who we are: we're a UK-based company operating from Cheshire and our customer service and returns are handled in the UK.
