Prompt delivery and quality socks not used at Pilates as yet…

Great service. Super fast delivery. My son loves the socks!

When order did not arrive within the anticipated timeframe, the team were incredibly responsive and had a replacement order sorted for next day delivery. Kept me informed / updated with order and added a freebie as a way to apologise for the delay.

Great sizing for the youth, sizing from 3-6 is perfect, fantastic fit for 12 year old, a lot of other brands are either too tight or too baggy

Accurate and detailed description of the grippy socks on-line. Easy to order. Speedy and safe delivery. Have been using the socks regularly and can't fault them. Would recommend for pilates reformer.

Took over two weeks to receive the order. When checked on status the items were not even picked for dispatch for over a week. Not good enough

It states on trust pilot that "Companies on Trustpilot can't offer incentives or pay to hide any reviews" well that's exactly what he did. He told me he will only give me a return label if I delete my review on trust pilot. (Which I did and have now uploaded this one)

If you're size 10/11 do not buy these as they will not fit the way they're displayed on the photo.
(Rubber bits won't go up your heel like they're supposed to, causing slippery heel possibly)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
He tried to mock my choice of words via instagram message by repeating what previously said in quotation marks.

Check all the 1 star reviews. He's lying to me and everyone else by purposely ignoring them and telling them "this is the first time this has happened" and that their emails haven't gone through, when they have. People have lost money because of him. He deleted my emails and sent me a screenshot pretending they didn't get sent through.

He then argued with me telling me I was wrong about what I said about the sizing of my own
In my order there was a missing pair of socks (which I can tell was done on purpose.

When I finally got a response it was so rude and unprofessional.

I believe he should be held accountable for his mistreatment of customers and the fact he bribed me into taking down my review just so that I can get a returns label.

A great pair of socks - These socks have helped me take my game to the next level. After years of not believing that grip socks can make a difference to performance, I can safely say that these in particular have changed my mind! Easy company to deal with and they were delivered in good time.
