There was a little mistake with my order as I received all grip whereas I ordered 2 grip and one of the body moisturiser sprays. I emailed and had a kind response and the spray was sent out no problem. Good customer service

Sadly I didn't receive the products. I ordered my products on October but they never arrived. I thank the team's responses and willing to help. I didn't receive a refund and I wasn't imbursed with anything so far.

We have been looking into this for you, shipping to the EU and Germany in particular can be very delayed due to the new customs rules.
We were advised up to 8 weeks for standard shipping, which is no good at all but with your communication and us both checking we were hopeful you would receive your subscription box.
Sadly there is no way of tracking with this shipping option and apologies you still haven't received your order. We will happily issue you a refund.

Gorgeous smelling pole grip
Having been given a sample of Grip + Glow pole grip at the studio I go to when it ran out I had to use my previous grip brand which I found woefully lacking after G+G. I purchased the Grip + Glow and Glow Beautiful. Both are in good sized bottles, smell wonderful and will be kind to my skin. They arrived perfectly and in eco friendly packaging that was able to go straight in the recycling. More than happy with my purchase and will be back for more!

The service good product not so much
The service was great. I just don’t find the product effective at helping me grip. If anything, it makes me more slippy. Perhaps just not for me?? Thanks for a good shopping experience though

Your skin type will effect how quickly the product absorbs, so try applying before class! You could also add a spot of hand grip or chalk on top, for some extra stickiness! We hope those tips help :)

I love it
I love it, I have very dry skin and this works well for me. It gives me just the right amount of stick and hardly leaves any residue on the pole. It smells lovely too

Glowing!!
As someone who has suffered for years with dry skin and allergies to moisturisers making my dry skin worse, the Oh Aloha spray has been revolutionary!! Soft skin with no dryness and my partner says it’s the softest he’s felt my skin.
Not used the grip yet due to an injury keeping me from poling, but if the success of Oh Aloha is anything to go by, I’m going to be very happy
