POE2 is new for me
POE2 is new for me - so the systems are foreign to me. I needed help getting into the game and a character set up for me. The process was seamless, communication was flawless, and the technician who handled my character did so in a timely manner. Great experience. The individual assigned to my order was courteous and reasonably good about communicating status. They had to do quite a few iterations of my request to get the random drop gear I was looking for. No complaints from their team though, they just kept plugging away and got it done. Will use them again.
