So i ordered an EAFC Rank 1(15-0) boost. My Team is Full of META Cards which makes it „easy“ to Archive. The result was 8-4. I complained. The booster stopped playing and i got the promise, theyll fix it in the upcomming Weekend. They said it can Happen to lose due to Elite PVP. I fully understand that. The Result in the 2nd time? 11-4! This is unaacceptable. This is to far from 15-0. 1 or 2 lose might happen, but twice 4 Looses on an „15-0“ boost is far from what i paid for!
They offered 10-30$ „credit“ for their Website. Which i cannot use at all since im not willing to Order there again. Also i get myself 9-10 wins, so i would never order this service when i knew the result was that Bad.
Cant recommend This Service!

You ordered a manual EAFC boost service, which involves real gameplay against real opponents. Because of this, results such as 15-0 cannot be guaranteed 100% due to factors outside our control, including matchmaking, opponent skill level, connection stability, gameplay conditions, and real-time PvP variance.
In your case, we did not ignore the issue. We reviewed the situation, continued communicating with you, and attempted to provide a fair solution. The service was also handled again in an effort to help you achieve a better outcome.
While we understand that the final result was not what you expected, this does not mean the service was not provided. For completed manual gameplay services, a full refund is not always possible, especially when the booster has already spent time and effort playing the order.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we always try to handle such cases fairly and transparently.

Our goal for this order was strictly objective completion, and this was delivered successfully. We always try to balance gameplay performance, but KD is not part of the promised outcome for this type of service.
