I signed up on Grin for a large e-commerce retailer. This product is effectively vaporware. They have great salespeople - after we signed a deal, they fired most of their staff and transitioned to an AI-first model. They have minimal support and many bugs in their system. Never fixed their bugs. They are focused on them having the highest margins possible and all the bells and whistles to appear to be a great SaaS leader, but in actuality they are a poor partner for any ecom retailer. one star. We have now offboarded our company from their platform. Also... our creators hated it too!

I was contacted about a youtube collaboration, all seemed fine and legit. Directed to the Grin website which is constantly blocked by browser/anti virus. The only way to download is is disabling firewall and signing into google account. Within 30 minutes my google account was being changed, a French phone number added, a USB device used to login. Very clever, very real looking scam.

So because my personal information has been sold on the Internet; I ran into these scammers that go by the name Grin. First they contacted me via text saying they were recruiting for a job. Since my information is on Linked Inn and other sites I didn’t think anything. I waited a few days before replying and I messaged someone called Evelyn from an email address (fake email that contains MARTINAPIDD) that TrustPilot won’t let me post. BEWARE- they’ll just make a new email and message you from their Apple account. Then they’ll say contact Beth aka scammer at 9015021547 which will be changed by the time I finish reporting them. They first have you do tasks to help influencers and content creators and then they pay you a small amount $15 to bait you. Then they want to keep Uncle Sam out so they say let’s pay you through crypto but it’s all Scam. Please don’t ever send any money to anyone unknown and look up companies and call them etc. Thank God I knew it was a scam because they almost got me. lol, they attempted but my bank handled that. Never open any links from anyone unless you have McAfee so they can’t remotely access your device.

I love how easy this interface is to use! I have been using Grin for a couple years now! I do really miss the influencer page where we could search for and apply for collabs with brands. I was super sad to see that feature go away and not be brought back but hope that changes!

This is a fraudulent company using cold calling, gaslighting and high pressure sales techniques.

Avoid them at all cost.

So easy to navigate

I love it, I have been able to utilize Grin platform for great campaigns and do what I love. It helps me keep track of my commissions, and upcoming campaigns brands want me to participate in.

I love using Grin! It's pretty easy to learn how to use. I'd love to see it come in an app though, so I don't have to constantly log into my account.

Very easy to use system

Great platform, easy to use and tons of brands I love are on it! I've been using it for many years as a full time creator and it's one of my favorite of all!

The platform is so helpful if you're running an ambassador program, it's so hard to do all of these things by yourself and impossible to run a larger program and to scale without tools like Grin offers. Charlotte and everyone else was so helpful setting up our first campaigns, answering every question and making sure that we knew how to use the platform fully. Loved the experience of working with them.

GRIN has been a game-changer for streamlining workflow for all of our influencer and affiliate partnerships! We have been able to over double our affiliate program because of this platform. From finding creators and coordinating shipments for gifting to handling tax forms, GRIN is so easy. The ability to generate customized reports is also incredibly helpful to see real results from our collaborations, which we have been very happy with.

I am writing this review due to GRIN’s failure to process a large sum payment owed to me, a content creator using their platform, as well as their ongoing negligence in handling account security and payment processing errors.

In November 2024, a large sum payment meant for me was sent to the wrong recipient due to a technical issue on GRIN’s platform. Specifically, my former PR management company’s account was still linked to mine, despite my having left their management over a year ago and requesting full disassociation from their account. As a result, my payment was sent to my former management's account using someone else's tax information, and I never received the money.

I immediately contacted GRIN support to report this error and request a payment reversal. However, after over three months of repeated outreach via email, LinkedIn, and customer support channels, my issue remains unresolved and continue to be left on read.

Key Issues:
– Payment: GRIN mistakenly sent my payment to my former management’s account, and despite my requests, they have not reversed or recovered the payment.
– Account Security: My payment and tax information were incorrectly replaced with another person’s due to a technical issue with GRIN’s platform, creating serious financial and data privacy concerns.
– Lack of Customer Support: GRIN’s customer service has been unresponsive and ineffective, failing to provide a solution despite acknowledging the issue.
– Financial/Professional Harm: This missing payment has caused financial stress and disrupted my business operations as a content creator, making me hesitant to use GRIN for future collaborations.

Despite my patience and repeated attempts to work with GRIN in good faith, they have failed to take responsibility for this issue and am certain this has happened or will happen to other creators as well. It has reached the point I am now seeking litigation (which is the LAST thing I want or have time to do).

I've been using GRIN for several years now and it's been a total game-changer for my influencer management strategy. Not only does it help me find qualified creators, but it supports all my efforts with regards to contract creation and management, content management, and reporting. I will never use anything else!

Grin is a great place for creators and influencers to find company 's to collaborate with. I like using the site!

Grin deceived us throughout the sales process, hiding critical information, overselling the platform, and getting us to sign a 12-month contract with auto-payments that are impossible to stop, even when scammed. We're left with a tool that fails to meet our needs and doesn't deliver what was promised.

Their "Curated lists" feature, touted as a white-glove service for creator search, is laughable. The team puts in minimal effort, delivering irrelevant or duplicate influencers. The promised robust discovery tool doesn't exist; they recently added a few search filters that are ineffective.

Grin is a resource drain, creating problems instead of solving them. They excel at cold selling and misleading demos, coercing small businesses into a 12 month contract. The reality is far from what's promised.

Avoid Grin and save yourself the frustration and wasted money. You'll likely end up trapped in a long-term contract for a product that fails to deliver.

Gaslighting masters & gimmicky software. GRIN advertises performance analytics and just tracks coupon codes, which inevitably is shared on the internet, to then showcase that code as ROI.

Then when you try to get out of the contract as advised, to send a 30-day notice... Their legal gets aggressive with scare tactics. Let's Play Ball!

First I can earn some money but then they want me to pay back that money, they said that I can get back more money, I did not do this, Its a big scam
