The bottom melted the first time I used…

The bottom melted the first time I used it, even though the grill was less than 150°. It was still working but after a few months, it won't charge. I contacted customer service who said it was my fault that it melted, even though I followed THEIR safety tips. The melting voided the warranty so they won't do anything about it not charging. The customer service rep was horrible. She offered me 25% a new Grillbot as if I would ever buy anything from them again. Buyer beware!
