Not a reliable company

I contacted this company and setup an appointment for a quote to install electric car charger. My appointment was on 9:30AM. At 9:05AM, I got a text from Corey and said that he wanted to move my appointment.
This is not a professional way to practice business. The company is unreliable: cancel an appointment the last minutes. I don't think the company cares whether they have customers or not. I wonder how good the work quality is.
I do NOT recommend this company to avoid headache.
