I love the design and quality

I bought the Grid 1 (iPhone 2G) and it is so cool. I have it proudly displayed in my office. The quality is excellent and there are so many neat details to look at. They earn 5 stars from me based on their excellent customer service. Grid Studio was very responsive to my questions and when there was a minor issue with my shipment they took care of me. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Great gift! Bought the gameboy colour in grape and it was the perfect gift for somewhere. Arrived beautifully wrapped and the recipient was over the moon. Joe and team went above and beyond to source it and get it here on time.

I ordered on Dec 12th and the advertisement online said ’pre Christmas delivery’ for the US. Only after 2 emails 10 days later did I get a shipping notification that it just shipped and is arriving after Christmas. Very disappointing.

OUTSTANDING!! Run a little mobile software company and bought 2 of these for each office!! Made perfectly and the unboxing experience is first class!! Really well priced too.

They claim premium quality. But what you get is far from premium. The frame you get could be an ikea frame, the glass on top is made of plastic, the frame itself is not even fully straight! Mine got scratched while inwasntryingnto remove the blue protective peel from the plastic (they did not even do this!)
The whole object has a nice look, but “premium” is really something else, especially when the price of the product is so high!

Ordered 2 items and only one received.
The iphone came and was fantastic, good quality, frame was soso. I might revamp the frame or get a new one.

I also ordered a chip that was marked as delivered by the 17Track company but not received. It took several days to receive but good in the end.

This product was received as described on the website. A very unique and high quality product. I waited on line to get the 1st iPhone in 2007 and I am proudly displaying this frame.
I had an issue with a porch pirate and Grid was very understanding and worked with me to get it shipped safely! True class

The product was broken when I received it.

UPDATE:
The support reached out and wanted to replace it even though it was out of warranty. Two weeks later and I had my brand new replacement. It was sealed and packaged nicely. The support service alone makes this an 11/10 experience and adds the missing 4 stars back. Easily makes up for the first time.
I can definitely recommend this company.

I received my GameBoy yesterday. The quality is very good and was packed as a gift. It's nice to have this childhood memory and it's a unique product!

Bought the original iPhone in Display Case and it looks even better than the pictures. It's such a great conversation starter and a great way to own a piece of history. I was so impressed by the way it was put together that I bought a second! Thanks guys!

So far they have taken over £1000 and I've received nothing. Refusing to help with delivery, now they are saying my delivery may be destroyed. Beginning to realise I've probably been scammed. Do not use!
