Everyone should use this program. It really watches your computer for all kinds of threats. The price is great especially in these times that we are facing. The Tech team is waiting and always willing to help you. May God bless them richly. Jeremiah 29:11-13

No trial, no support....basic stuff not working, then how should I trust it for more?
Do not spend time or money on this product
Unable to activate free trial
Before purchase I want to check with Trial but unable to activate the trial.
bought the software and got the license key 1 min after purchase and program works ive removed trojan horse and other malicious stuff on my pc i can verify this program works thanks so much <3 from Denmark
Can't register for free trial as server is always busy so not to be trusted.
Unable to activate free trial - it says "server is busy at the moment" total waste of time, be aware of this sacammy software.
One of my email addresses got hit by a Trojan and disguised in an innocent looking email. Fortunately my anti virus system intercepted it and isolated it but it didn't say what I should do after this point. So I looked on the web for a suitable answer and I found one with Gridinsoft. They offered me a free 6 day license to try out their system and which I took up. I got confused while scanning my system looking for more malware but the Gridinsoft support team helped me out and now my PC works like new. Their annual license is very reasonable and well worth the peace of mind in this day and age.
Unable to activate free trial, when i finally managed to uninstall it it had left trojans on my comp. Totally fake, do not use.
Unable to activate the 6-day free trial since server has been busy for many attempts over multiple days. I have seen what appears to be excellent independent test results so I was surprised by the server busy message until reading the similiar experiences. I would update my review if the situation changes before I remove the software, but as it stands they have wasted my time and others time so I am sticking with the low review for now.
My first paid antivirus. A really working tool - threats are detected and removed (or other actions to choose from), protection of execution and work on the Internet, virus databases are constantly updated, etc. The team is constantly improving the product, there may be bugs, but customer support is ok - feedback and help In problem solving are guaranteed. In general, free antiviruses are at your own peril and risk, I have not tried other paid ones, and now I do not see the need. Live project *****
I have tried to try the free trial, but it has basically done nothing because I didn't pay. Why have a free trial if you have to pay to use the software?
When I wanted to uninstall the programme, I got an error about a missing file, so I tried contacting their support department. I could open a ticket and they would respond to me. At this time it's been 4 months ago since I opened the ticket and I have received no response at all, despite replying to my own support ticket multiple times. The only response I got was a message saying they closed the ticket because the review time has expired. Luckily I was able to reopen the ticket by once again commenting on it. Here's to hoping I get a response so I can finally uninstall their "free" trial programme.
Conclusion: Don't trust them and if you do, don't expect support to reply to you at all...
BEWARE!
Paid and never received a license key. Thank goodness as the next day received a Rogue file [install_antimalware fix (1).exe]
Can't try out the program as the free trail they advertise about won't work. The server has been down for almost two weeks
This program falsely flags files as malicious. It also gladly tells you that you have a virus, but to 'remove' it, you have to pay. They do offer a free trial, but as someone already pointed out, there is always some excuse why you can't begin your free trial. For me it said my internet was down, but at the same time I was watching Youtube without any problems. I wonder why that is?
Gridinsoft also sometimes flags reviews that are not falsely praising their product -- this happened to me too. So just be careful with how you word your review.
Can only say positively about that security tool. Was not sure of its efficiency at first, but it showed up perfectly. Removed a ton of adware from my system, and then prevented spyware injection through its On-Run protection. IMO a perfect choice for its price!
I had a problem with some strange process running in the background of my son's computer. Obviously, the PC was running very slow and was freezing often. My son asked me to fix the PC. I searched for available programs and didn't find anything suspicious. Yet, I found some process that was strange to me. I googled it and it pointed me to the article that recommended GridinSoft Anti-Malware. I downloaded, scanned the PC, asked for the free trial code and the malware was removed. Now my son's PC works very well and fast again. That's the feedback based on my personal experience.
Easy-to-use and effective tool. Helped me to remove the trojan, and a pack of different other garbage from my PC. Still have no discontent on GridinSoft Anti-Malware, and hope it will keep going.
The device finds a few items such as advertising changes to registry keys, but trying to opt for the (short) trial period to really test its capabilities gives some indication of the company's approach. First time it says "your internet is down" to avoid connecting (though subscribing to it is fine!) thereafter it nags you to subscribe on bootup but when you click trial it tells you "server is busy". Does this seem like an ethical business technique?
This product is excellent - caught things Malwarebytes did not.
