The second item arrived: it doesn't work this time either!
The second item arrived, replacing the first one. Again, it didn't come with the instruction manual indicated on the packaging. Anyway, it doesn't seem like there's much to do: plug the charger cable into a USB port, wait a few hours, and press the button. Too bad it doesn't work this time either!
The fact that the same item can be found online at a quarter of the price is another issue...
